I'd call it a warm pinkish-peachy nude. Not really a brown but not something I would look at and immediately think "oh that's too pink or peach". I know that sounds weird lol. MAC just calls it a warm midtone nude...
I'm gonna go for it. Thanks again.

Come the hell on MAC!

I think I'm more frustrated 'cause I'll have to wait longer than everyone else due to my CP, lol. I just want the damn shadows already!

All I needed was the stylish me blush but its not worth the headache
Assuming it's not sold out it really isn't a hassle at all. Just call the number and tell them what you want....they'll place the order and you'll receive it the same way you would if you had ordered online....it really is pretty simple. And the plus side...you don't have to stalk the site for the release! lol

I think what frustrates me the most with Mac is the fact that with all this social media on the internet with youtube, twitter, facebook and more they still don't give a shit about telling their consumers anything. I mean it really isn't that hard just to go onto facebook and make a post stating that with the hype of RiRi or what ever it was the collection is not going to release. Mac is one of those companies that only gets customers through word of mouth because either you shop there because you've been a costumer for a while or you heard about it from a friend, youtube, something from a fashion show or what ever. They do not have ads or commercials or anything like that. I just hate when companies just don't seem to care about their customers anymore. I won't even get started with why they don't have enough product in stock or how even their own CS doesn't get the right information or their CS at the counters. This year because of this site and others I have really been able to follow what collections come out but this year has also showed me what type of company they are and it's sad. I will still get their products and enjoy them but I might not get so wrapped up in it as I once was.

You pretty much summed it all up, hehe. Couldn't agree more!
When you take a moment to think about all their business practices...it's disgusting really!
I think I'll be slowing down on MAC purchases and showing some love for other brands.

Thanks! I was thinking at least brazenly and the crimson tryst, maybe one vampy lippy lol, hows the blush?
Pre-Raphaelite is very pretty IRL I would say the blushes are nice but I won't called them a must have ,I think I like the perfect cheek or blushbaby better ( I am NC 25-NC30)

I plan on focusing on Inglot once I've gotten my N&M goodies as I'm just so fed up.

I just indulged myself in more Inglot the last couple of days. Picked up 9 shadows and 7 pigments. Had to go back today and exchange one of the pigments - when I opened the box, the lid wasn't on right, the seal was broken and when I opened it, it's was 1/3 full. If you pick up any, be sure to check them before you leave the counter. I checked the rest and they were untouched.

I subscribe to Allure magazine. I look for hair and skin care hints, i love to drool over makeup colors, and i always read the Editors' Choice Awards (and sometimes even buy some of them)

I just got the Summer issue, and in the article on keeping your makeup cool and preventing meltdown in the heat, a major pro makeup artist - i think it was Pat McGrath - recommends MACs Magically Cool Liquid Powder.

Magically Cool Liquid Powder - in Cajun and Truth & Light - has been in MAC's Goodbyes bin for months. I just ordered two of them a few weeks ago - i love loose powders - Truth & Light and Honey Rose. They sure do feel nice. So if it's something you were thinking about getting, i suspect now is the time.

Thanks, unfortunately though I'll have to order online as the closest store to me is in London and I'm up near Scotland. S'ok though, I suspect it'll come from a Warehouse so it should hopefully be okay.

My Mom who never likes buying me make-up for xmas/bdays even said she'd buy me 20 Inglot shadows for xmas as the price is so much better than MAC shadows.

I even have my boyfriend considering it! To be honest though, I can't blame them when the cost in the UK is so much more expensive than the US. A lipstick here is £14. In the US with the exchange rate it works out to be £9 and with Inglot shadows being £4.50 instead of the £12 for MAC, it's way better value for money. Can get 3 for £1.50 more than I'd get for 1 MAC -- insanity! I'd feel like I'm getting so much more bang for my buck, not to mention the quality seems to be outstanding. MAC blush here is £17.50, Inglot is £6.50 -- insanity!

I remember watching Wayne Goss talk about the price increase and many people complained but it doesn't matter especially if you compare it to MAC, MUFE, NARS or and other brand within that range.

You must try a lipstick if you haven't already. They smell fruity and are still cheaper than MAC!

Yeah their shadows went up a $1, but it's nothing like if a MAC shadow were to go up a $1. :nope:

Hah. I can't handle MAC and their yearly price increase. The more it goes up, the more they'll push me away for everything other than the basics I use all the time.

This is my list so far, lol. 321, 322, 338, 351, 371, 426, 428, 434, 439, 444, 446, 451 and 454

Every penny counts when it's my bank balance.

Oooh I haven't tried anything from Inglot yet. I've spent most of the day looking up swatches and writing down numbers to purchase eyeshadow wise. Then Erine went ahead and showed me blushes and I died. I can definitely see myself going to Inglot more than MAC eventually, especially with the price point/quality.

I hate to ask, but what are the shadows like for when you put your brush on them? Do they kick up a lot of excess product and cause fall out? It's the one reason I'm really not keen on drugstore items. Sure they're cheap (unless you're in the UK) and the pigmentation is seeming to be there these days, but I just find it to be fall out city, which I hate.

Erin is the ultimate Specktra enabler lol

I hear you on the budgeting thing. Its getting harder and harder to buy now but Inglot is definitely worth every penny.

There isn't a shadow that is hard to pick up color, the mattes are a bit powdery in pan but show up very well on the lids. On me fallout isn't an issue but I have heard some have the shimmer bits appear on the cheeks. Especially with the AMC and & DS shadows. AMC 61 is this pretty black with blue and purple shimmer that I read somewhere didn't translate from pan to eye all that well but probably using Pixy Epoxy would be helpful.
