Wow, there is always some drama to be created. I hadn't brought up the issue, so apparently for some of you that's not a closed subject.

Nearly Nude sounds quite interesting, yellow nudes does nada for me so Im more interested in the pinky ones.

Restrained - Sheer, neutral mid-tone nude (Amplified)
Sorry for the question (I am not into nudes that much and do only have and wear pinky nudes

but does this mean that they lean peach or brown nude?
"Warm" in a description of a "Nude" generally suggests that it leans oranger, peachier.

"Neutral" should mean that the color is, well, neutral, that is, in between warm and cool. I have found with MAC that often a so-called "Neutral" leans warm, or at least so it appears to me. But that doesn't guarantee they will always be a little warm, because sometimes they really are neutral. I always test them when i can, and i've found some truly to be neutral.

Browns can be neutral. After all, some browns are cool, some warm, some redder, some yellower. There's a range of browns just as there's a range of, oh, say, blues.

So if you prefer pinky nudes - as do i - i'd recommend skipping the ones described as "Warm" and testing the ones that say "Neutral".

I had quite high expectations of this collection, but looks like I won't be spending as much money on it, as I was initially planning to.
Swatches might make me change my mind, but at the moment I am interested only in 3 lipsticks and 3-4 e.s.

Thanks so much lilinah. I won't be able to swatch them so this is very helpful to me. I love pinky-nudes so this is great information.

I might skip this collex b/c I have to see it in person, and don't feel like rushing to the pro store to check it out on launch day.

Agreed. Especially with nudes, it is essential to test them in person. Otherwise, it might just look terribly wrong if they lean too cool or too warm.

MAC-Guy I would really appreciate any suggestions from you as I think we are close in skin colour (NW20, N4 in Studio Fix powder and C3 in F&B).

I don't have a pro store near me so I have to order over the phone. I was planning on three shadows, two lipsticks and the blush from the nudes collection.

Thanks for your help.

I guess I am skipping this collection, too. Based on the promo pics I wouldn't buy any of the metallic eyeshadows... I was hoping for deeper colors.

Really? Because to me they all look awfully dark. With my scrunchy eyelids, i use few dark shadows. But i may make an exception for some of these...
