SOOOO pretty. Unfortunately my lil kitty cat got sick and is in the vet er gonna cost me 1100, so my funds are gonna be tighter than expected. My poor lil Kiki kitty. she will be okay tho. was up all night really really really worried.

Thanku @liba vet just called Kiki is doing better now. no more seizures, and i should be good to get her at 9am. I am blessed i caught it in time. I was supposed to be gone last night its such a good thing i was home!!!!! My kids have four legs and tails, but i love them as if i gave birth to them!!!!!I hope your kitty will be feeling well soon.

I know how you feel, I have 2 and my parents have 10 (though I say all 12 are mine) and they are definitely family. We already lost 2, sadly, and our oldest one is sick, and it scares me so much. I hope your furry baby is ok!

Oh no!! Im so sorry to hear that. I will pray for your kitty. Luckily i picked up my kitty a few hrs ago and she came home and scarfed down some food so fast i never seen her eat like that. and my bill turned out to only be 770 rather than the estimate of 1100. She is worth any amount to me. priceless is the love of a pet. I had ten cats at one time as a kid. since i was old enough to go play outside i been rescuing strays and sick animals. the paws wild life center here new me, i was always finding hurt seagulls or crows outside and taking them in. animals and i have a connection. they know who likes them and who means them harm. i really do hope ur kitty gets better. I have a old kitty who was so sick a few yrs ago her spin was showing so bad u could feel the inside almost. i took her to two vet visits and never gave up. i gave her several meds several times daily while everyone said it was a lost cause. well guess what, shes still here and living a full life. Dont give up, sometimes all they need is a lil extra effort.

I'm glad your kitty will be okay. Seizures are so scary! I never knew cats had them until my 18 year old started having them late one night. It took me over 45 minutes to get her to an E.R. And she never stopped seizing. Unfortunately the vet didn't think she would make it through the night (her kidneys had been failing for awhile), so I had her put to sleep while I held her. Worst night of my life. I got physically sick on the way home. I totally get what you mean about loving them like human children. I'm the same with mine! I'm so glad yours will be okay. Such a scary thing for you! ((Hugs))

oh thanku @burghchick. so sorry to hear about your kitty. i had that happen to a cat of mine who was 17 and a 13 yr old poodle once, neither of them made it. had to be put to sleep. i have been thru that a few times. last time i remember was my bunny who got a bone infection, the vet told me i laid on the floor with my bunny for two hrs crying. such a horrible grief. thanku for your kind words. they are part of the family

It is a grief like I had never felt before. I knew her time was almost over because she had lost so much weight there was hardly anything left of her. But when I realized that she wouldn't be coming home with me I just wailed. I had found her outside my Apt. When she was a feral kitten. I'm like you- always finding strays. I have found all of my cats when they were babies. Once I took a mouse to the vet because my Mom had put out those glue traps and the poor thing's face was stuck in the glue. I thought that was such a cruel way for it to die, but I couldn't "unstick" it. The vet was nice enough to sedate it and get it out of the glue. My Mom told me I was crazy. I just hate to see animals suffer. You sound like a very nice person. I'm sure that all of the animals you have saved and helped appreciate you.
