I wonder if top of the posh-frosted pink white is anything like pink opal pigment when you see the pink duochrome.

I have a really good feeing about these new lip formulas. I am really excited for the blue one with the red shimmer, think it will look hot with red lipgloss on top or even pink. Or perhaps with BEST OF BREED lipglass.

Or even Boys go crazy dazzleglass, oh all the possible combinations! hahaha

Does anyone know if the shadows will be in metal pans? I ask this cause the mes I have don't have any pans at all, and I'd like to depot them if I can...

CCBs don't dry out. they're displayed open at the counter, just like the shadows, blushes and blushcremes.

they don't dry out because it's just the same being in a palette as it is being in a compact. as long as you close your palettes after you're done, they don't dry out. cream color bases don't necessarily dry out, so much as they just look gross from dust collecting on the surface of the product. think about when you go to a mac counter, the compacts for the ccb's are all open, and they stay that way all the time. when i worked at the counter, lipsticks and ccb's stayed open 24/7 and were fine aside from general exposure and usage

This was the collection I was talking to the m/a about yesterday. I couldnt remember the name but she again acted like she knew nothing about it which I thought was odd. I mentioned how they are cracking down on people posting photos and releasing info early on products and said "I guess you're in the same boat huh?" And she hesistated and said "just about" or something like that. The she said "i've only see some of these new collections twice". ANd that was the end of the convo about them

Every few months or so I go through a phase of depotting mania (I cannot explain it, once I start, it's impossible to stop and I depot everything I can find like a crazy woman. Please tell me I'm not the only one?

)
Well, since I've almost depotted pretty much everything, I now started depotting my CCBs. I have quite a lot of them and were taking too much space. I took out the dividers of my MAC palettes and filled a couple of them with CCBs. In the beginning it was tricky as they melt easily but I soon got the hang of it and now they are all sitting prettily in my palettes

I also succesfully depotted a Metal X e/s so I'll probably depot the Megal Metal eyeshadows as well. Imagine a palette filled with MM es

i try to keep them at a particular place in the palette though, bc since they're cream products, powder adheres particularly bad to them if you're not careful.. i'd never put a dark color e/s near a light ccb or vice versa.

as for storing the actual pots, i store my MES (which are exactly the same size; not sure if you're a fan of them) in a thing i got from ikea. they have lots of random sized organizers and trays, so i'd look there or maybe staples or something.

Now, I remember! This was the comment that started this weekend's depotting mania. Shame on you

Since I have very recent experience with deppoting CCBs I want to warn everyone who is planning to do it using heat (I know that there are no-heat methods but I prefer the heat one). Cream products melt very easily so please be careful! I had a couple of accidents in the beginnings but then found out how to do it: After I pop the pan out, i hold it over a candle and count to 35 (silly, I know but it works. That way the glue will melt but the CCB won't). Then put the knife (I use tweezers with pointy tips) between the plastic and the metal pan and slowly push it out. So easy!
