Thanks for all the welcomes ladies :) and thanks for pointing me in the direction of the FOTD section - I may pop a few posts in there as I love trying out new looks ;) still no sign of my parcel here. Apparently debenhams state I have to wait 10 days before it's classed as missing as they sent it via royal mail :(

It still baffles me why on earth did they send it by standard service :S Recorded delivery costs less than a pound more, and you as a customer can at least have an idea where your parcel is.
In then end I'm sure they'll refund you, but surely it's not the money that you want, but the products. The last time I've looked they've already been sold out of quite a few Peacocky eyeshadows.

Unfortunately, Recorded Delivery doesn't track the package along the route - it only records when the package is actually delivered. Special Delivery, I believe, does have proper tracking and a guaranteed 'delivered by' time, but is more expensive.

Selfridges use a courier - the same one as MAC does.

I'm not sure why either to be honest. I doubt if I'll ever risk it and order from them again - my heart just can take it! I've been so stressed with it all and you're so right, its the products I want anyway.
BUT!! Good news!!! It arrived!!!

When I posted earlier my regular post had been, which was just some junk mail but a man in a van turned up this afternoon. I'm so relieved. They'd put it all in a fairly large box so hence why the normal postie didn't bring it and its all okay! I am so so pleased especially since it had a lot of items in I was desperate to try...here's a little mini haul piccie to celebrate, lol

That is so good to know as I'm using Selfridges to get my hands on Amazon Princess from the WW collection. I'd never order from Debs again I don't think. It's just too much hassle not being kept informed of where your order is or when it has been despatched.

Oh this is good to know. Just a few things seemed off. I got an email to say they had accepted the order then no further emails at all. Then I noticed they had charged my debit card and contacted them, where it took 5 emails and 2 calls to find out my order had indeed been despatched but by Royal Mail. Standard post. I was quite worried that an order over £120 would be sent by ordinary post with no signed for service or recorded mail. They also stated it would arrive today, which it hasn't. I actually doubt whether I'll get the order at all and can't seem to find any very many good reviews for them at all.
Sooo....yeah, not a service I'm used to

oh no! i'm sorry! i have only just seen this reply. yeah that is very strange and weird to be honest. i'm sure that when i ordered stuff from them it came with a courier but maybe not! it was a while ago :( i hope your stuff turns up very soon so you can enjoy it.

I wanted to try other colors like prance and posh it up I believe, but My MAC store was out of all the good ones.

...but yes I can see why everyone loves Dalliance so much.

Prance is still available on MAC's website, so you could always try to get it that way. I did and I love it.

Prance was boring for me at first, but it is so versatile, I find myself pairing it with almost anything.

Dalliance is so unique, I love how it pulls silver or taupe with some colors and green with others, sometimes almost gold or platinum.

So far, my favorite has been Spectacle of Yourself. Most awesome bronze-brown ever. Looks like a new penny to me. I paired this with French Cuff and it was so pretty.

For me these are the must haves. I think Peek at You, Tweet Me and Mating Call are not getting the love they deserve as well. I love PaY for everyday light gold eyelid with black liquid eyeliner and a darker Gold or taupe in the crease. I love to pair it with UD Smog.

I wish I could come up with more looks for Mating Call and Top of the Posh. So far I have combined the two and used Mothbrown or Unflappable in the crease.

All of you girls are so bad!!! I was supposed to be done with this collection but it keeps luring me in! Your now making me want to get Paparazz-She, Ego, Tweet Me, and Dalliance!! I got Noir Plum in the mail today and I am really happy!! I think I might want to order Top of the Posh as well!

Ahem, OK. I got Unflappable today, which I really didn't mean to, but it's just so damn pretty and I'm running out of Smut, to which it's similar and it applies more esily than smut and I know I'll get lots of use from it even though I didn't think I needed it originally and... I'm just weak. The shadows look so sad and lonely tucked away in a tray beside the regular shadows... I felt sorry for them...

OK, I swear, this time I'm really done with this collection, for sure, no fooling, I have to stop. It's so funny, because I started off loving the lippies, but the shadows just continued to stick with me for so long that I just kept picking them up, one by one. I now bought So Vain (first lippie I purchaed since my initial splurge) and Tweet Me... So that brings the final list to:

Shadows:
Dalliance
Prance
Mating Call
Tweet Me
Paparazz-she
Noir Plum

Kissable Lip Colours:
So Vain
Temper Tantra
Peacocky
Scandelicious
Love Peck

Beyond a doubt my favourite collection so far this year.
