Just want to ask people who've tried the starflash shadows, do they last long on the lids? How's the staying power? A lot of buttery-textured eyeshadows don't last long on me (even with primer) so I'm curious about this particular formula.

They are smooth textured but staying power is very weak, judging from my smoke & diamonds. I do love the color though.

staying power for me is about the same as any other shadow. i use urband decay primer potion and also a paint pot. that makes the colour last most of the day. i get a slight fading of colour but that is all :)

Starflash were long lasting on many who I tested however the Peacocky collection of shadows, imo is superior in staying power and can be used wet too, like a piggie. Obviously using a lid primer makes any ES last longer -- but the Peacocky last long, hold the colour and are easily blendable -- they are really multi taskers.

I still can't believe the lack of swatches though. If MAC keeps this up, I won't be such a MAC addict anymore! GASP. My interests have gone to collecting dolls now. haha

I was just catching up on HerGreyness's photos. None of these shadows really appealed to me in the pots but some of the swatches look really pretty:) I'm not sure if the finish/texture will work on my aging lids but it's worth testing.

I'm very interested in the lipstick formula. None of the colours sound great to me but I often completely disagree with MAC's descriptions of their colours.
