well it's a new year.. and with the Peacocky aka MegaMetals collection a few days away from gen public release.. I feel vindicated that I have not led you guys astray with the collection. I hope all enjoy it and start the new year as Peacocky as possible !

I think I'll skip this collection

. I think I already have close enough matches to the eye shadows I like + I hate that you can't fit the eye shadows into MAC palettes (or to any other palette I have). I feel like crying after reading how smooth and pigmented these e/s are. I'm not a fan of lip glosses of any kind and

I just saw Russianbabe's youtube vid and the colors are beautiful. I need to see the brown lipcolors she was talking about becuz I love browns. This collection is a true winner.

I'm liking the looks of Unflappable, Noir Plum, Paparazz-she, Prance, Dalliance and Center Stage (I really would like to see a comparison of this with Chocolate Brown pigment). I still have to see them myself before making any final lists.

From the kissable lip colours I'm liking Enchantée, Vanity Fair, Flaunting It (looks like a lighter version of Faithfully Yours which I love), Strut Your Stuff (awesome!), Love Peck (on hand it looks berry/purple toned, but on Temptalia's lips it was bloody gorgeous, just right!), and Woo Me. I think Super looked very nice on T, and now I'm thinking could it look good on me too? I think I have nothing like it. So Vain looked also nice, but I think it could be very close to Shy Girl. Exxxhibitionist looks orangey red and bold in some swatches, and muted coral on the others. I have to see it in person, I want it only if it's bold like hell (if it's not, it's okay because Illamasqua has more than enough of bold colours).

Well I like a lot more than I thought I would. The lip colors look so gorgeous.

i think love peck will be the last deep berry/wine coloured lippie i get in a while. i now have enough to satisfy that gap in my collection and for when i want to get my taylor momsen on! lol!

I saw the reviews of this collection! Now Nior Plum is starting to creep up on my list LOL that color is so gorgeous! It looks like a much more pigmented version of Violet Trance.

the dupe for it satellite dreams but to me its not dark enough for it

^ Satellite dreams is nowhere near the level of darkness in NP -- this is a great and true dark plum colour and I have used it for great plummy purple smoked out eyes..

I went back yes I went back. I will be going back AGAIN on the 6th when the collection launches in my FS MAC store. Its closer.
As it stands right now I have:

Noir Plum

Now why would I be going back? I want more of the lip colors. I really like the opacity and the texture of the formula. If there was ever something MAC should consider making permanant its this!
