I just swatched them both so you could see them side-by-side. As you can see, Centre Stage is much warmer and more metallic in finish. I also swatched Darkhorse from UD since I've seen questions elsewhere about that one as well. Centre Stage is much different than each of these, imo (even more so in person; photo doesn't really do it justice!). Hope this helps!

these swatch totally different on me. i think Chocolate Brown picks up on the red undertone in my skin where as Centre Stage stays cooler. let me see if I can swatch these tomorrow too.

I finally played around with my eyeshadows today - Tweet Me & Spectacle of Yourself. I then immediately ordered Sexpectations and Ego.

These shadows are living up to the hype. I didn't need a base and the pigmintation was amazing. Tweet Me will be perfect in the spring and summer. I'll be rocking Spectacle of Yourself tomorrow. Loving this collection. I'm not even mad about the price increase because these shadows are big and will last forever. I didn't need to keep swiping to get the color to pop. Good for you MAC.

I think people are scared of this collection. I went to my counter and Peacocky is completely ignored. The MA didn't know any of the names either. She flat out said she can't keep up. I agree with whoever said most people probably don't get the new technology and don't want to pay more for the shadow. Their loss is working out real good for me though.

I wore Dalliance today with White Frost as a highlight and Carbon in the crease. I put a bit of Dalliance over Carbon, and also wore Industrial p/g as a liner. It was a really good look! I loved it! Dalliance+Industrial=AWESOME!

I want to get another lipcolor...I'm stuck between Flaunting It and Woo Me. I've already ordered Enchantee. I'm scared that Flaunting It wouldnt look right on me. I'm NC20 Cool toned
And Do I NEED Spectacle of Yourself? I wasnt even considering it but quite a few have been raving about it. Plus I have no colors like it.

Ok ladies...I lied...lol. I went to the store today to try out some of my "maybe's" and ended up getting something I said I wouldn't. I tried on Tweet Me, Dalliance, and Peacocky. Tweet Me was too close to Melon and some of my NYX colors. Dalliance was nice but not a "must-have" as I rarely wear light colors on the lid and I can't justify paying $19.50 to add another shadow to my existing trillion-shadow "inner-corner/highlight" stash. However...Peacocky had to come home with mama! The MA and I played around with it a lot and I decided that it was truly unique to my collection and it would be useful for the days when I want to look like an "obnoxious-who-the-fcuk-does-she-think-she-is" witch! LOL. It's not that bad because I stuck to my under $100 rule for all LE collections. I ended up with Papparrazz-she e/s, Spectacle of Yourself e/s, Flaunting It klc, Scandelicious klc, and Peacocky klc.

Anywho, here are pictures of the combo that won me over! I snagged the LAST Peacocky at my store and yes, I wore this to work 30 minutes later. It got mixed reviews...the women loved it and oddly the men didn't. BUT none of it matters because this lip was smoking HOT!

We used Blooz e/l, Girl About Town l/s, Peacocky klc, and Electric Eel e/s to stop the Peacocky from running and bleeding into the GAT. I hope you all enjoy and I hope this inspires you girls to step out of the box! For reference in am NC45 in MAC Foundations.

I think you will pull off both Flaunting and Woo Me. Which color do you like better: dusty mauve (Flaunting) or nude (Woo Me)?

You NEED Spectacle of Yourself.

Seriously, I thought that was the prettiest one from the collection!

SOY was not on my wish list. It was never in my head before I went to the store. But somehow SOY just made me forget about my wish list. It showed up as red brown with a prettiest coppery shimmer-sheen. And you know they have a buttery smooth texture and an excellent color payoff. I didn't have anything like it, so I had to have it.
lol.gif
I think Karla's swatch captured its shimmer-sheen most.

Ok guys, I went in and saw the lipsticks in person as I never buy lip products sight unseen. I looooved the lipsticks even more than the eyeshadows actually. I really want more of these but as of now I got four of them.

- Woo Me: ok this is the perfect nude and it goes on sooo opaque on my lips. My lips are pretty red naturally and this still covers them. Woo Me is gonna replace Blankety and Myth as my go to nude lipstick.

- Vanity Fair: this is warmer than St Germain and Snob but cooler and lighter than Pink Nouveau. Reminds me a bit of my beloved Nars Roman Holiday l/s. Great easy pink on my skintone, very ladylike and very pretty.

- Exxxhibionist: So I love all things coral and had to get this one. It's lighter and less bright than the sea of other coral lipticks in my stash.I'm gonna wear it to the bottom I think.

- Love Peck - This one is my fave but I do love me some vampy shades and can never have enough. This is very similar to MUFE #48 but longer lasting.

And here's a picture of me wearing Love Peck. Sorry for the tired eyes they're still recovering from LASIK. So no eye-makeup, just F&B (in shade N2) and Nars Sin on the cheeks:
and this is why i need love peck in my life! you look amazing with it! :)

and have a good trip HerGreyness!
