MAC - Peacocky discussion

Some stores here didn't received flaunting it and where it is arrived it's sold ouT (I've taken it yeeee). Among the eyeshadow the most wanted are odalisque and paparazz-she (there was only one left today). Now I have my peacocky products^^^^^^^ I'm so happy

and so penniless

Wow, 8 of the eyeshadows and one of the lippies (Woo Me) sold out already!

i know! it is crazy! i am loving how good the stayimng power of these is. i have been wearing them since 6.30am and dont even have fading yet. i have used udpp as a primer. all is well!

Thanks for the compliment babe. Nah, it's not my lips that's nice it's the Lippies that are awesome. They are very moisturising on my lips and does not enhance the fine lines in my lips (Some lipgloss / lippies enhances the fine lines in my lips), in fact they make my lips more glossy and yeah..kissable. My own natural lips are quite dry actually.. I would say that it's all thanks to the Kissable lipcolors. Great colors, great textures and great lastin power.

Grab ur Kissable lip colors from this collection while stock last! The e/s are awesome and the lippies from this collection is equally awesome!

And this is coming from someone (that's me) who's totally not into lippies @ all...

Thanks to Jenn, I was brave and bought Temper Tantra! The MA said it looked like I had 20's lips, I love it!

These Kissables might be the best lip products I've tried from Mac. My very dry, cracked and flaky lips came together and silky smooth only in few hours after wearing these. It was magical, they were cured by these phenomenal things! I cannot rave enough, these are seriously good stuff. I hope Mac releases more eventually, I'm hooked.

I was surprised how similar Super was to Woo Me. I was thinking about a second WM, but Super being so close I don't need one. They are very nice natural MLBB-colours.

Another surprise - I didn't get Enchantee or Vanity Fair! Me not getting pinks? Crazy! For once I was practical and saw I already have many many dupes for both of them, so I thought Temper Tantra and Super were much more unique to my collection. I still find myself thinking about the pinks though...

This has been the best Mac collection in a while! The MA said they ranked their favorite collections, and Peacocky and Style Black both were number one.

I agree. This has to be the best collection for me for the past 1 yr at last.... and i doubt i will come close to buying as many items from other collections that mac will be releasing in the later part of the year.

Hope MAC releases more e/s and lippies that are of similar textures of those from the peacocky collection. Great job MAC!

As much as I love to pieces how they feel while on, I must say I experience the same. But, I am not a good judge of lip products I guess. I haven't found any forumula to stay on my lips beyond a half hour (and that's stretching it), other than long-wear lip products..

I have 5 of these. I like them enough that I didnt return them, and ended up getting a couple more after I got my first one.

I still love this formula for the way it feels on my lips though. I just wish it stayed on longer ;0

Um, welll, you would be better off asking somebody else for help.

When I ordered my WW, I threw in another Peacocky shadow, Mating Call. That makes 14 now.
and I'm finished with purchasing the lippies, but I got too many of those too.

I don't regret any of them though. I really don't. That's a rare thing with a collection.

I've swatched my products and my favourites are paparazz-she (it's so beautiful I should have bought two of it!!!) and So vain (I tough it was a very light coral but on me everything is darker anyway it's beautiful!!!)

I got my black box today, and I have to say I'm delighted with every item I got, even though I did spend way too much. I think I would have regretted it if I had forced myself not to get some of them though, especially considering how quickly they're selling out online and I am nowhere near a MAC counter or shop.

I only got one lippy, Flaunting It, (although I have bought a couple more on ebay, which I will have to wait a while for) and I think the colour is absolutely perfect for me. I'm glad I took notice of the many recommendations I read on here. I've had dry lips a lot lately, despite exfoliating and moisturising, but Kissable Lip Colour feels very creamy and moisturising on, and I can't even see where my lips were a little dry before. I can definitely see myself wearing this a lot, and particularly like the fact that my hair won't be sticking to my lips when I go out.

I haven't tried the eyeshadows on yet, but I have swatched them on my hand and love them. I was amazed that I didn't even have to rub my finger on the shadows to pick colour up - I just pressed my finger on them lightly. Think I'm going to enjoy playing with these.

just an update for those who care! when i got home from work 11.5 hours after i had applied the shadows they were still there, no creasing at all but a touch faded. i'm very impressed! usually urban decay shadows last the longest on me but these are a winner in my book!

I totally agree - I've only gone about 10.5 hours, but I had the same experience I'll have to test mine today, because I will have worn them for over 12 hours!!!

Wow so i bought the kissable lip colours today:
So Vain- Was such a nice colour but doesn't look extremely coraly on me because i have quite pigmented lips

Exxxhibitionist - Bright coral red looks amazing, especially paired with a orange based lipstick like YSL Le Orange

Love Peck- My favourite lip colour I have ever bought, i cant believe how opaque it is and how aaaaaamazing it looks, i have an OCC lip tar in a colour called vinateg and this paired with lovepeck is a marriage made in heaven.

I am extremely happy, was a bit pricey but i don't feel guilty because they are just amazing!

but expect the same great formula from MAC in future.
