I bought two of these concealers, NW20 and NC15. Very exciting, can't wait to try them out!

The foundation felt super silky and smooth when swatched. I like the new chic packaging.

The concealer really is amazing! I tried it on today....it basically has the coverage of studio finish but it doesn't crease and hydrates like the moisture cover concealer......my counter was out of my shade :( but I will definitely purchase when they restock!

i was wondering if anyone has the mineralize foundation in the old packaging? i was trying last night to get the container open so i can actually reach it with a brush, without spilling the contents all over....

it's probably a very good thing that they changed the format...i liked the finish the product gave me, but it's kinda all stuck at the bottom of the container now!!!

My MA did a look for me and used both the foundation and concealer. I love the finish these give and knew they had to come home with me.

I definitely do think these run light. I normally wear NW15 but it was way too light. Got it in NW20 and it is a perfect match.

So I think the concealer caused my under eye area to burn. Recently came back from Miami, and used this everyday and of course with sunscreen. HOwever I do not have an eyecream with an spf. Anyway, everywhere I applied this became red and flaky, andnow extremely dark. Is there something in this that makes you hypersensitive to sunlight? Any recs on a good eye cream to fix the dry/darkness under my eyes? TIA.

I am insanely in love with MAC's new Mineralize eye cream - it's eradicated darkness due to dryness, besides even getting rid of very pesky wrinkles nothing else has ever managed to control. Ask for a nice big sample and try it out - it's great.

There are very few eye creams with SPF out there. Rodial makes one and I really love their products, but they're quite expensive and also difficult to get, because they're only a very small boutique brand and the demand far outweighs their production. I actually haven't used their eye cream yet, though I use their day and night moisturizer and their serums. For now, I don't think I will need to spend the big bucks for it, since the mineralize eye cream is doing such an excellent job.....why argue with success?

It sounds like you got a sunburn under your eyes. I would use an eye cream with SPF, at least on those days where you spend extensive periods outside. I use the Shiseido Sun Protection Eye Cream (SPF 32) during the summer months, though I do not use it when I'm inside and/or during the winter months. SPF can really dry out your skin and make it very sensitive.

I did get sunburn, but I also got flaky in areas on my face where I had sun protection on, but used the concealer. So I was just wondering if the concealer, increased my sensitivity to getting burned. I don't usually burn easily, but I do have sensitive skin. I got tanned really fast, like after an hour of sitting outside. not even an hour. (dreaming of my vacation, I want to go back so bad).

I do not know if this makes sense but it just came into my mind...is it possible that the light reflecting effect of the concealer
is responsible for your sunburn?
This effect might enhance the uv-radiation in these areas and damage the skin more.

If anything, products containing mineralized powder offer natural protection from UV radiation.
