I did standard shipping so it would be free, so I already got my email. Hope you get yours soon!

I tried to do 2 day shipping, but maybe because of the free shipping code it only let me do standard? why do you think?

^I did 2nd Day shipping and paid $5.00 for it so I can get it in time instead of having to wait 7 business days to receive it.

I'm so sad I didn't get it! I kept refreshing over and over until it was available, and added it to my cart. By the time I checked out and put my credit card info. in, it said that my cart had been emptied and it was sold out. I was too outdone!
Oh well, maybe next week!

^Well, it's never happened to me personally, but I know that sometimes when something sells out really fast, MAC doesn't have enough stock or something so some people get emails saying the item they ordered is out of stock. I don't think it will happen with this one, but I'm just preparing myself in case. Once again, I think the odds of you not getting it are minimal.

The SAME exact thing happened to me! I added 2 to my cart, I went straight to checkout & by the time I put in my CC info it said my cart was emptied because the product was sold out. WTH?! And forget calling the customer service line to order it over the phone, their # was busy for 20 minutes straight. I can't believe how hard it is to get this product. I am starting to wonder if this silly lipstick is worth all the aggravation.

I signed in earlier in the night and filled in all my credit card and shipping info so all I had to do was hit checkout when the lipstick was finally available. I did that last time too. I'm sorry so many of u are getting the sold out notice. That sux! But u have 2 more Fridays to get it and YES it is worth it!

this is how I feel about MAC right now. It's sold out again in 5 minutes. It was in my cart i hit purchase and i go back to the main page and its like nothing ever happened. Sheesh...

I called this morning just to confirm my order - & yes its packed & ready to ship! Seriously, I cannot believe that I actually got it because I was all signed in etc., but the site itself had so many issues - loading, I put it in my cart then went to check out & it wasn't there, had to wait for the site to load again, put it back in my cart then the site took forever to go to the checkout, then it wouldn't take NOBLE the free shipping code so then I was freakin out again & then used a CS code - crazy. After all that I really cannot believe my order went through

Hi Elegant, I had those same issues as well and called this morning to make sure my order was processed. I made sure to mention to them that I would put the item in my cart and their system would take it out. I was logged into the Mac site with my Ipad as a back-up and was dialing them on the phone at the same time. Crazy for a lipstick I know, but all's well, my order went through too.

At some point, I don't think it's about the lipstick anymore, but just about succeeding despite the odds. Congratulations to all who managed to get their orders in and for those who didn't- better luck next week!!

Hi hun! You know, I was thinking...if MAC is going to do such a frenzy offering - make sure that your site can handle it! Make us all crazy.
So, is your ipad working ok? Normally I take the ipad to bed because its been so easy to order from etc., but since we did the update right before Thanksgiving, sometimes it will not connect or lose its connection to the wifi. Makes me sooooo mad. I guess a lot of people are so upset by it. Never did it before the update.
I kinda love the craziness - especially when its for a pink one

One thing I have to say, although I realise some ladies in Canada haven't had any problem- I have never waited so long for a Mac order as I have this one. Normally, their service takes two days. That's ridiculously fast, but after a week, I've not heard a peep fromt them. It's got me a little worried now.
Edit- Argh! Site never saved my apartment number... I'll get my package Monday or Tuesday. Mac customer service are always nice to deal with...

Funny, I was browsing macs uk site last night at just gone midnight and it said the lipstick will not be back until 17th December......
I hope MAC never do this kind of rationing with any other future LE items....its just too much!!
