MAC Playland Collection - April 7, 2014

OMG, LADIES!!!  A MAC girl just looked at me completely stoic and asked what is "Playland". The MAC reps in Orlando are INSANE!!!!!!! I was in the mall, so I walked to MAC. REALLY??? I am literally walking dumbfounded out of MAC right now.  And she was deadly serious folks.

Lol that's what a manager did to me when I asked about Proenza. And she said "Who?" and I said "You know, MAC's latest designer collaboration." and then her face was:

I remember when "A Fantasy of Flowers" came out I went to the counter to only get "Heavenly Hybrid" I told her that I had already gotten everything else online. She looked at me and said "It just came out yesterday". I said "Yeah for the counters". She looked at me like a deer in headlights lmao!

MAC online chat is so vague.... when I spoke with them they told me both playland and proenza had been pushed back and they didnt know till when. so annoying when they are not informed or dot want to give out info. I feel like we have more info. lol

This totally reminds me of the Archie release! We waited up all night and nothing! It released during the day at 3:00 PST which also was the case with Divine Nights if I remember correctly. I was in my office in between classes at the time and thankful that I could put in an order at 3pm. When I got out of class, Betty Bright was gone--haha!

If it does launch today, I hope you all get what you are after!!!!

Honestly, MAC needs to be aware that changing release dates ON the release date can and does cause people to loose interest.

Hi, I just called Mac customer service and the girl said they just received the e-mail 10am EST that Playland is pushed back until the 15th!

I really should have known when I checked last night at 12:10am and it wasn't up. I can usually find the items tucked away on the site preparing to launch in the morning. When I came up with nothing, I really should have known. Smh

Yeah I have gotten just about all my LE items that way except maybe 2 collections and RiRi. They made sure those were not available until 12pm that day! One time I got a lil too slick and they cancelled my order and sent me an email telling me in so many words that I cheated lmaoooooooooo!!!!
