Most everyone here knows my love for neutral and pink cheeks, and I wear those colors most often, so I will stick with only 1 Instant Chic for now. I do love it though. And I wore Gazette Grey today and quite like it. It is MUCH more pigmented applied to my eyes with a brush, compared to simply swatched on my hand. I hope that those doubting it will give it a try

I am very happy to hear that! I got worried when people said GG was poorly pigmented, because I really like the look of it from swatches.

So I just went to mac and got the darker chromaline b/c the lighter one sold out. The MA said it sold out the first day. She said the darker one would be fine for me though. I'll put it on and take pics when I get home. Got another MtO yaaay! I also got pret-a-papier gloss and kraft lipstick. The MA told me kraft is cooler than touch and more pigmented (which I could see for myself) so I bought it. So pretty. The MA also raved about upcoming collections she saw at her update

Then I went to nordstroms and got opulash. That MA said that mascara is like all mac mascaras in one! She said its better than Dior show which I guess is good b/c I hate that one. We shall see.

Instant Chic and Coral Crepe, I'll stick to one, but lipsticks and glosses are my main get pretty product and I feel so damn pretty wearing this lipstick. Besides, how many workable corals am I going to find for my complexion? So yeah, another MtO for me.

What did you wear it paired with, Audrey? I bought it yesterday but was unsure what to use it with. I didn't pick up Tissue Weight (too many similar colors in my collection) so I was trying to think of something else to use it with.

I picked up Gazette Grey too! You can really pair it with any color because greys are so versatile, but I find bright colors: teals, purples work best.

I love Cut to fit

I wore cut to fit es over ccb root just on the lid then I used a slate grey blue es just above the crease from inside edge of nose to outer eye corner but not down to the eye corner (makes the eye look bigger) then I lined with a cocoa brown liner top & bottom then slick black gps in top lash line & then at inner eye corners Industrial pearlglide, then a smudged line of cut to fit under lower lash liner. Wow did my eyes ever pop - woot!

I got my haul yesterday and I love it so much!

I got Coral Crepe, the lighter Chromographic pencil, Gazette Grey, Originality, Made to Order, Dressmaker Dressmaker, Fold and Tuck, Garb, Instant Chic & Myth l/s from the permanent line.

I have to say I love everything I got and don't regret a single thing. Fold and Tuck is gorgeous even though I don't usually like lipglasses. The Chromographic pencil is suck a multi-tasker, I've already tried it on my waterline and as a lip liner and it looked great (wore it as lipliner with Myth).
Coral Crepe is super pretty but haven't gotten to much of a chance to play with it yet but I have to say that I don't think it looks too harsh again my skin and I'm super pale. In the same regard IC & Garb both looked great on me. My MA recommended trying both together and it looked very pretty IC was plenty pigmented on my pigmently challenged skin and Garb did turn orange or look dirty/muddy on me at all. Gazette Grey I also really love in the crease and also I tried it over Greenstroke PP and it looked amazing Even my boyfriend commented on how cool of a color it looked.

So for any of the PPPs out there just know that these can work. Let me know if you would like to see pics.

Alright, Misha wanted to see Instant Chic on me. It's kinda subtle for the camera to pick up. I tried to pack it on, but I did have to go out after this, so I couldn't get to crazy. It adds a nice glow (love it).
Kraft is a tricky lippy: It looks brown in the tube, but comes off on my lips as a darker Made to Order. Then, on the tissue, when I remove it, it's brown again. LOL love it anyway. Oh and Pret-A-Papier is amazing (it reminded me of Purple Rage and A Different Groove in terms of shimmer and consistancy).
In the photos I'm about to post, I'm also wearing Coral Crepe (with a brown liner) so you can get a peak at that. I also applied the chromaline pencil, the darker shade and I really like it so far.

No problemo, sweets and thank you. I am so mad that I left Mac and forgot about that Impeccable Brow pencil. I finally decided I want to try it and I completely forgot. I might just order it. My brows have been crazy lately. My ex looked at me today like "what did you do to your eyebrows?" and I said "(expletive, expletive) shut up, I draw my brows on every day, but today I opted for a strong look".

Thanks so much! The chromagraphic pencil looks really good on you! Do you think the NW25/NC30 color would look too dark/yellow on an NC35? I just want a really subtle eye brightening effect.

I think it would work for you. The lighter pencil is really, really pale. Even though my store was sold out of it, The MA found a tester for me to play with. She was very pale and it was fine on her, but I think for NC35, the darker pencil would be best.

Alright girlies, I got my Instant Chic in the mail and immediately compared it to Dainty and Ripe Peach. Dainty is a touch cooler but they are very close in color. I applied a face powder, then Dainty on one cheek and IC to another. Both hardly showed up after two layers with IC looking a bit brighter and smoother. About an hour later both cheeks looked pretty much the same overall, i.e. both blushes turned nearly invisible w/ a touch of sparkle in place of Dainty. I'm disappointed. Will try layering them together next time. Instant Chic is also similar to the bottom part of Ripe Peach (middle and coral shades mixed together). I've been complaining about Ripe Peach being too sheer but it's still better pigmented as compared to Instant Chic. I'm relatively fair with a strong warm/peach undertone. Anyways, Mally Beauty blushes are even sheerer on my hand. See swatch thread for a swatch.

If in doubt, I'd say wait for Hipness, which is better pigmented and is swatching the same as several layers of IC. Hipness is a bit deeper, a touch cooler/pinkier and has some micro-shimmer.

Coral Crepe is super bright orange that's somewhat gaudy on me LOL. I know lots of people can pull it off but on my particular skin tone, it's a no no. Just imagine applying Made To Order on your lids...they are very close in color with CC as a more intense coral.

Haha, thanks for the heads up! I might actually get Hey after all... Some say that Tissueweight might be difficult to work with because it comes up pink and I can't actually use pink so XD

And mmm... Coral Crepe... A lot of people seem to like it but really, corals don't actually work with me, I think I might swatch it in the store to see how it turns up on mine... Thank you so much for your advise!

When I wore it yesterday, I just wore Vanilla e/s on my lid with GG in the crease, and a little but of Club in the outer V. I think Teals would look lovely with it. Maybe something lighter like Aquavert or Warm Chill. Steamy would look great too I think, or even the blue shadows from Love Lace. I can see it going with so much
