Mac Pro Palettes discussion

I also like depotting and don't think it's that hard. You just need to be patient for the glue to melt and don't put too much pressure on the pan. I've never depotted blushes though, because I like them in the pots and it's easier when I just want to take one or two blushes with me.

Speaking of B2M how does it work in the UK? I'm going to London for 5 days around NYE and I might as well take my empties with me:)
I'm not sure what the policy is at the Pro store in London, but at my local fs store you just trade in 6 empties for 1 lipstick (we can't get e/s like in the US!)

You can get e/s in the US?

Ok thanks, I already expected that so I've started a list for the lippies! I hope they are not going to be difficult with depotted shadows like they were in Germany. I'll just pretend they are Studio Finish Concealers

I recommend the Pro store. I got 2 Heavenly Creature lippies from there last summer. I don't think they pay any attention to the depotted ones either!

When I bought my palettes last weekend, the MAs were talking about how there was supposed to be a double sided one, but that they didn't know what had happened to it :(
It sounds interesting though!

Thanks for the info! Aw, that's a bummer. I planned on getting one double sided one at one point. Two single ones are too expensive (71 Euro I think

), not sure what to do now :/

That's good to know. I do hope it will be released.
I did see the promo pic, but I'd still love to see some real photos of it.

Holy crap! The US prices are cheaper than ours at £16.83, but yours are ridiculous at nearly £28!

I think in the NY I may start to depot. It'll be a pain in the ass waiting as I'm away for a week from end of Dec - Jan, but oh well. The single pots will be coming with me. Can't afford them so close to Xmas.

I won't depot blushes. I don't have tons and I like them in their pots because I usually only take 1 or 2 with me. Eye shadows however... room is needed.

Matte/satin/sheertone blushes for me. I avoid sparkle like the f'ing plague. Large pores, oily skin, forget it!
I have to be really picky with the sparkle too because otherwise yeah, its looks like crater city.

Back OT, I just counted and I have 3 of the old e/s palettes (all full), 2 off brand ones (full) and a Z-palette. So I am just not investing in the new ones. They are really cool and I like the see through top, but I can just label with a sharpie to know what's inside. I pretty much know what e/s are in each palette because they are organized by color schemes, so I am not investing in these for the moment.
