Which Pro Longwear Concealer is lighter, NC15 or NW15? I know the swatches on the MAC site aren't accurate but the NC15 swatch is a lot lighter then the NW15 one. I'm NW15 in the Studio Finish Concealer so I guess I would be the same for the Pro Longwear one?

Which ever one is lighter would be best.

& I've wanted Overtime since I saw it but each day that lemming is growing more and more! It may just be a request I make for Christmas/my birthday, I want it that much!

I am so excited over all of the great reviews of this foundation. MUFE Mat Velvet + is my current favorite but hearing that so many other MUFE Mat Velvet lovers are favoring this foundation. I just hope I can get a good color match as I am so fair right now.

Another product to add to my list to pick up at the Las Vegas pro store next week!

You'll have to keep us updated about your Prolongwear concealer and if you still like it after a few months... I thought I was the only one who had an obsession with concealer. (Probably because I don't wear foundation, I only need to spot treat here and there with concealer) and I see these new concealers and I cannot resisit! They call to me.

Anyway, at the moment I really like my NW20 Prolongwear - I wonder if I should get a NC20 to have around too...

Alright. I just tried NC50 with my 130 and ugh, in the sunlight, its not right. It was running grey/ashen.

Its really off today. Going back for samples of NW55 and maybe NW45. Should have gotten them yesterday. Determined to make this work out with one color. I really like it. I am even determined to try the concealer with MSFN and Studio Fix powder. The concealer is cheaper and longwearing is what I want. If not, back to Mat Velvet. *fingerscrossed*

Anybody want to help me out with choosing a foundation/concealer color? I'm N3 or NW15 in Studio Fix Powder (NW15 oxidizes like crazy though), and NC15 in Studio Sculpt. My perfect foundation color I've found so far is Alabaster in MUFE Mat Velvet.

I did the MAC chat yesterday and she recommended NW20, which I think would be WAY too dark. So I just want to get a second opinion! Thanks!

I definitely want to test out the foundation and concealer. Always looking for the best match for me. Although I don't know when the best time to go, now or wait til winter when I'm lighter. Or just go both so I can match the whole year.

I do want to see the lipsticks. Glad everything's perm so I can wait.

I got only Love Forever and Overtime, and the first lasts a lot longer than the second

Also, Overtime is a perfect match for In Synch lipliner.

Well, I managed to sleep all day today. It's been a long week. I want to go tomorrow, though and test out the concealer. I still have to pass on the foundation because of the spf. Of course, I want to check out the lip products.

I am blessed and cursed this week with a lot of extra $ to spend and I'm afraid that by going to Mac tomorrow, I will be impulsive and go nuts before VV. Someone pray for me.

I tried my sample of the PLW in NC45 and I really like this foundation!

It goes on light and fluffy - not heavy at all.

The finish is lovely - and has real staying power.

I used my fingers and MAC's 191 Square Foundation brush to apply and both methods worked well.

I put the foundation on at 11:00 am EST and didn't have to touch up my face at all. No oily breakouts! Buh-bye blot powder and sheets!

It's now after 8:00 pm EST and my makeup still looks great. Plus I'm not having that I'm wearing makeup feel at all.

I'm going to use up the foundations I have on hand before I purchase the PLW.

I still don't know if I want to switch or not. SFP and SFS are my absolute favorite foundations. Plus I really like the MSFN as well.

I forgot to add: I didn't use primer under the foundation at all.

I don't remember if I put moisturizer on or not but no primer and it looks great!

Choices, choices, choices!

P.S.: I used Prescriptives Better Off makeup remover last night to take the product off.

I love Revlon's Colorstay foundation and used to use it all the time.

The only thing I dislike about it is the smell, as people mentioned above.

Too perfumery!

Plus sometimes it made my face itch! But Caramel was always a good match for me and it lasted all day.

I wish they would make it fragrance free!
