Thank you so much everyone!!! It's rare that a lip colour looks so true to the tube on me, so this is an exciting day.
After seeing everyone's lovely pics, I can honestly say that I think this is a very universal colour, though the texture may leave a bit to be desired. Speckrette's sure know how to rock brights!

^^ Yup, on the Canadian site its Playing Koi, CYY and Mischievous Mint that are sold out - which is crazy, because normally it takes a bit longer for us to sell out of items over here!

i actually like the candy yum yum lipstick and playin kio or something like that and the blush sajura very pretty dont let the pictures fool u i went there and swatch it and they still have the candy yum yum lipsticks

everyone looks absolutely wonderful! its nice to see different people wearing the same product and everyone pulling it off 
now im wanting play time but im scared it might not be as nice on my lips. i have very pigmented and uneven lips and i like for my lippies to make it as even as possible. i do love my purples though. decisions, decisions...

Well, I LOVE everything I bought (Sakura, Boldly Bare, and Candy Yum Yum), EXCEPT the darn Quite Cute l/s. I really thought that I could make it work with the right lip liner but that crap looks like white paste smeared across my lips. ( Maybe purchasing the Ravishing l/s and Secret Identity l/g wil make me feel better )

I did a quick comparison of CYY to my other bright pink lipsticks and CYY is definitely different from any of them (and I own an embarrassing number of lipsticks). It's darker than my Coco Pink and Tropical Pink lipsticks. I think it is more wearable too, since it veers on the pink side, at least on me, so it doesn't wash me out. Well worth owning, if for no other reason than the sheer joy of opening it and seeing that lovely uber-loud pink.

Yeah, my lips are still pretty stained and the actual lipstick wore off a while ago...haha. I only had Carmex in between though.

Aw man I wanted Candy Yum Yum but it's sold out :-( and I don't even have access to any mac anymore. Will anybody be so kind and cp it for me please? Will really appreciate it. On another note the ladies here look really lovely with this lipstick on

finally home from taking a friend from Japan around town today and during our wandering, i stopped at a counter and picked up CYY, Playing Koi, In Synch and Boldly Bare. Couldn't B2M for either of the lipsticks, so I got Chatterbox as well. CYY made my brain go "sonofa! we need this!", but I wanted to mention that the artist that helped me said that she used to use fuchsia pigment and lip mix to create a color close to CYY for those that have that and want to try that out.

I really hope Quite Cute works on me. I am really pale though. All the bad reviews are making me really nervous!

I am really happy with my haul today!!! My MAC store and both Dillard's Counter are sold out most of the stuff from this collection! It is so crazy! I got what I wanted and it was Candy Yum Yum, Play Time, Playing Koi, Quite Cute, and CUTie Quad! Love love my purchases!! I like the quad very much, even though Goody Goody Gum Drop nees some work but I'll make it work with Fresco Rose p/p as a base. Boycrazy, Azuki Bean and Moshi Moshi are the ones that I like the best! Cannot wait to come up with a look using the quad. Online, I cannot believe that the blushes have not been sold out yet! I keep thinking that they were going to be the first ones to go but I didn't think all but Play Time were going to be sold out so quick!

Seeing everyone's photos makes me determined that I'm going to go back and try Candy Yum Yum again... And maybe Sakura... Lovely images.
@Queen Kitty- I think that the reviews have been based on the fact that the lipstick can apply a bit unevenly. It's a personal thing whether it bothers you having your lip colour come through a little. You can see in Elven Eyes' photos that there's a little bit of natural colour, but she's still rocking the look. Subjectively, I wanted something that covered my lips, because I found that my personal colour clashed with the lipstick shade, so, to say the least, I could not rock that look. If you like a moist but slightly (not totally) sheer look, you'll love QC. If you want something more opaque, Inglot 151 is very similar, but more opaque.

I think there's a problem with the lipsticks. When I got Playing Koi at the pro store, I got the last one. CYY was already sold out. As I was paying, one of the MUAs mentioned that the lipstick stock they received was wwwaaaaaaayyyyy below normal, whereas the stock for other products was quite substantial. Someone copied a number down wrong on the order slip somewhere along the line...
