I already said in another thread that I want five big hauls in 2010 - so I will pass this collection as well.

Wow I am actually more excited about this collection than I originally thought- it's right down my alley

I will be getting Metal Maven l/s, the silver gloss, the plum blush AND I am actually quite impressed with Riveting l/s, so it's definitely tempting me! What to do, what to do!

Oh wow, I imagined that polish to look completely different. I'm not sure if I really like it. It kind of reminds me of OPI's You Don't Know Jacques (the matte version).

I'm not sold on this collection yet. I just got Lollipop Lovin, and i am just OBSESSED with it, i cannot think of another lipstick. Sad that i don't have backups

Matte nail polish grosses me out. It's like an invention of bored people. "Oh, I know, let's have matte nail polish!". That's like dry shampoo; These things just should not exist.

Having said that, I'm just going to get the 2 blushes. I would get that hot pink gloss, but I have tons left of Pink Poodle which I adore, but don't wear too often. I have way too many glosses as it is.

^^ I wish they weren't matte as well! Wham Bam Glam might have been a nice colour if it wasn't matte... It looks cute in the bottle, but awful on the nails

I like matte polishes as much as I like all other polishes. Variety is what interests me in beauty in general. I would be bored with only creams, frosts and glitters as much as I would be bored with only neutral makeup lol!

I think mattes add an interesting dimension to the nails. But matte has been done for soooo long now. I've owned and worn my Essie Matte About You top coat on top of my polishes many times since August. I don't know why MAC is releasing them so late.

I won't be getting the polishes. If I want the taupe matte, I just layer my Essie MAY on top of my OPI You don't know Jacques. The silver lips products are where it's at

I think the reason I dislike them is because I don't have perfect nails.. And their durability is even worse than normal nail polish.... It seems to show all the ridges and imperfections on my nails anyway

Maybe the MAC ones will be different??? However their track record for nail polishes is not great, so I'm not holding my breath for these ones...

I don't like the matte polishes because they just don't last as long. I'll stick with my Chanel Particuliere to get my taupe fix thankyouverymuch.
