The reason your probably finding The Rose Romance beauty powders hard is because of the rose flower imprint on them.

When I swatched Summer Rose recently from the Give me Liberty Of London collection, it was a lot more pigmented and smoother than the original release in said collection.

So don't give up on them! Try it on in store and you wont regret them- they go on super smooth and they're most certainly soft

You could always return it or swap it if you dont like it

The nail polishes are gorgeous!!!

Even though I cannot bring myself to purchase any of the nail polishes though. The lipglasses are pretty but they are still a skip for me.

Okay, I just dug out my Triple Yum craptastic gloss and realized that yeah, it was gimmicky and I did not like how the colors are layered, but it IS a pretty nice gloss--not super pigmented but the texture was really nice and it has a nice amount of sparkle without any glittery ninja stars of gritty doom.

So, I am getting excited about the layer gloss thingies. But I will need swatches before I make a final decision on those...

In my list-cutting I cut this down. Just the blush + pigment for me. Although, if the blush is too sparkly, it will be a pass, and I can just get the pigment.

Bordertown and the n/l are pretty, but I like VV more.

I missed that - is the blush supposed to be sparkly? If thats the case it may be a pass for me as well. Then maybe you could get Well Dressed since thats what erine compared it too - depending on what shade of pink you are looking for.

It's supposed to be "shimmery" So, we'll see.

yes. I really want Well Dressed. I may skip this and just get it instead.

I really really want Badlands pigment! It sounds beautiful, and right up my alley! Also Mauvement pigment, if I don't pick it up with FF, I may wait for this one to have to special packaging pigments

I have the same issue with BPs. Not sure if I really want to try more Beauty Powders, when there are so many other things that i want to buy.

For this collection, Ghost Town is still #1- I love the idea of a white lipstick. Everything else will be decided based on swatches, although I have to admit, the pictures posted make the nail polishes seem really appealing.

Okay, the wishing list grows now that the pictures are available...

Ghost town Lippy is a GO for me..(Sheer white with white, gold and green pearlized pigment) Even though I am not crazy about frosts, this sounds so unique and I bet it will be great for layering

The lipglosses are actually starting to pique my interest, they sound really pretty...I will probably buy them sight unseen

Rodarte- Pale creamy pink with layers of sparkling white, mint, and pink

del Norte- Light creamy violet with layers of sheer sparkling taupe, pink and grey

Beauty Powder: Softly Drifting (pale neutral white-ish pink with soft gold pearl) sounds gorgeous but also sounds like it doesn't show much. Given my proclivity towards understated BP's, this could be a match made in heaven. I am disappointed to hear it doesn't show up much, but will probably have to buy it to make up my mind I don't need it desperately. Also, I don't have the dupes, so I will jump on this.


Quinceanera (shimmery mid-tone blue pink) since I have no pink MAC blushes and the swatch Erin provided looks beautiful, I guess this is a good place to try. Plus, I will admit it, the name is so cute.

NP: Juarez (bright opal pink) and Factory (Light opal mint) both sound so gorgeous I may have to try. I have never tried the MAC NP so these seem like a great place to start with the uberfemme colors and the special packaging.

Piggies: White Gold- white pearl with gold duochrome is a MUST. I will never use the whole thang, but that stuff is like real gold for me. Srsly.

Kitchmas (shimmering pink/mauve) is very pretty but I have a sample I will never use up, its a PASS.

Mauvement- Cool taupe with gold pearl. I am on the fence about mauvement. I love the color and don't really feel its dupeable but I think will pass since I can grab it again later and I have a sample that I can use ATM.

Badlands (mid tone shimmer beige brown). This looks gorgeous but how many shimmery beige brown piggies can a girl use. Unless it is really a lot lighter than it looks in Erin's swatch, its a skip. Unless I can score a sample jar of course

Other Lippies???

Rose State-- Not sure I need another mid toned blue pink, love the lustre formula though and this could be a winner. Swatch looks good on card, need to see it on lips first. Really, funds will be the determining factor, I know I will like it, but would it be love? Not sure...

Sleepless will totally depend on swatches and funds, since this would be for layering only and if its Frosty McFrosterson, I can't go for that


MES? Colors sound interesting, but scoring will depend on funds and swatches. (Not sure I love the MES formula) Since I am hating on the VV packaging, funds will be concentrated on FF and Rodarte though...

Sleepwalker: (beige with copper, pale blue and pale pink) sounds delicious, and unique, so it will be my first choice...

Bordertown

black with red, pale blue, and silver) doesn't sound too terribly unique and probably dupeable. Will totally depend on the fundage

Not sure I get the excitement about the chromographic pencils--meh
