MAC Slimshine Discussion

Slimshines appear as permanent in the international web.
But if you change country, Spain for example, somo colors appear with the sad triangle (Rock Out, Long Stem Rose and Cocoamour).
Is it a mistake?

at least our books say they are perm everywhere (including internationally). we haven't been told otherwise.

Oh those colors are also MLBB on me too and I know it can be difficult to get colors to show true on plain lips.

I have intimidate. The color payoff is great and you can layer it on.
I have tried bare in the store, and it will show up on your lips. It is nude, but to me, it shows up as a very subtle pink nude.
I have tried urgent also. Your lips won't show through the color. Its gorgeous.

I love how the Slimshines are creamy and moisturizing on my lips. I wish I had picked up Pink d'Lush and Kissable though :< Kinda sad about that.

The Mattenes have gorgeous colors but I can't really pull off "matte" lipsticks since my lips are always dry.

Have you tried applying a good lip balm prior to a mattene? The mattenes aren't super matte or anything, and I find them to be quite nice. If you really love a colour, it can work.
