....ick. A bunch of warm bronzes and such. So much for Moonbathe and Sunstrip. There are only two things that I'm interested in: those black and red glossy false eyelashes, and the Molten Sol liner. True metallic bronzes look good around my eyes, but other than that they look ridiculous on me. I've already got rather dark skin so I've never seen the point of things that darken the skin-- in fact, my favorite skintone is that gorgeous milkmaid skin redheads are often blessed with. I do believe I'm an anomole in that regard.
And the Tendertones? Lipgloss in pots, particularly glassy-sheer hints of color, I never end up liking, no matter what color they look like in the pot itself. A good example of that is shu uemura's Paradox pot gloss. I bought the pink and the fuchsia: the pink doesn't even show up on my lips, and I have to put so much of the fuchsia on for any decent color output that it ends up running down the bottom of my lip in a layer of gelatineous landslide. Uber-annoying, y'know.
Well, the upside of this being that I'll have much more to spend on C-Shock and the few bits that I want from Strange Hybrid and Balloonacy. In particular, the blue lipstick from C-Shock. I'm gettin' at least four of those little demons. Like I said in that thread-- I loves me my blues. My shu uemura blue lipstick is the lipstick I wear most often, tied with MAC's Rocking Chick from Barbie.
'kay, I've rambled enough.
