Hey all of you blush depotters! I have never had much success depoting blushes. Eyeshadows work out well, but I always end up cracking and chipping blush when I depot it. Any tips? Thanks!

I think this is a sign.......... A sign that I am officially allergic to the shadows.

I think I might return the Solar Bits I bought....

Ok onto the real question... I got Solar Riche... Should I get Refined Bronze?!

What are the difference? Thanks!!!!

From the swatches...Refined Golden was more Bronze with gold...and less shimmer than Solar Riche...Solar Rich had more of a orangey bronze tint to it...On my skin anyway

Bronzing Powder

• Solar Riche is a sheer, nearly matte brown with a little bit of orange tones to it.
• Refined Golden is a softer, more golden toned bronzing color with a pearl finish.

Thanks for the description Tish. So would you recommend Refined Golden is better for NW20? I don't really ever wear bronzer as the ones that I've owned in the past looked more dirty than bronze, but I was thinking of buying one being as how pale I am- I think I NEED to own a good bronzer. Would these be good for contouring as well?

I personally think Refined Golden works for all skin tones..most versatile...it is very pretty...I can not speak on Solar Riche I have not tried it yet...But I am looking forward too soon...it will also work as a contour if applied with the right brush and a little heavier..I however use Sculpt and Shape duo for highlight and contour

I love Refined Golden! Best bronzer ever! I use it every day right now. I will try Solar Riche this time!

For those of you who are unsure about Refined Golden and Eversun, I made a FOTD with RG and Sunbasque which should be very similar to Eversun.

Just came home!
I went to the only counter that has Style Warriors at the moment, and I got:

Eversun ( I really really liked On a mission too btw)

Vibrant grape

Night manoeuvres

Brave new bronze, I tried this on my lips because I wasn't 100% sure and it came out a little bit too mate fir my taste, so the MA (lovely guy btw) paired it
with Smile dazzleglass and I just fell in love

!
Also the Ma was very pleased with the result!

Singaporean ladies if you spent over 150$ in cosmetics they give you a 15$ voucher redeemable on cosmectis, unfortunately is not redeemable on MAC!
Too bad, but I think I will buy a new Chanel gloss instead!

I didn't know there's a voucher. I don't think I ever got it, but I don't keep track of how much I spend.

Which MA served you? As far as I know, there are only 2 male MAs at that counter.

I've just finished writing my CV (applying for internship), and after I've sent it out and get dressed up, I'm heading to the counter for my Style Warriors fix. Stay tuned for my haul and review!

jungleland, thanks for your review. I didn't know of the voucher promotion. Now I am tempted to go to Robinsons for that. Is it only at Raffles City or also at Centrepoint? When will this promotion end? How do you find the lustre drops?

When I went ( around 1 pm) there where 2 male MA, the one who served me I can't remember his name, but it was a Malay one, and has a very nice haircut with many colours!

The voucher is redeemable on both Robinson's and I don't know when the promotion will end, sorry.
MAC is only at the Raffles City one, if I'm not wrong, but you can't redeem the voucher on MAC.
I didn't try the lustre drops, sorry again!

What I really liked of this guy was that he was very honest with me, eg for On a mission and Purple Rite he told me that he didn't think neither of them would suit me, and especially for Purple rite I agreed with him.
I don't know if they work on commission on not, but he could have easily sold them to me, especially On a mission!
