MAC - Style Warriors Discussion

Just got in the mail yesterday...
-Vibrant Grape e/s
-Liberated l/g
-Violet Fire n/p
-Mercenary n/p

Tried everything so far except Violet Fire & love them! Can't wait to try out Violet Fire. I got Dreammaker e/s at CCO & it looks so pretty with Vibrant Grape e/s. Loving Liberated l/g with Subculture l/l, so pretty! I still want Bright Future e/s, Sunsational l/s & Tribalist l/s. I like this collection alot more than I thought, I would.

Oh & kinda OT, I was watching Paul Blart Mall Cop last night & my dd says "there's MAC!" So we had to search back & find it again(all you could see was the MA part), she was so excited to show me that. Here just a couple of hours before got MAC package from UPS. Yeah, I have to admit

Depends on what you wanna use it for! You can use it as a cheek colour using a regular blush brush and layer it on till you get it as deep as you want (you may find it's not as pigmented as the average blush). As a bronzer, I use a larger powder brush and dust it lightly on the spots that the sun naturally hits (forehead, apples of cheeks, nose). If you use a fluffy brush, it won't deposit a great deal of colour, which is better because you can build the colour to look more natural.

OT, but I did my nails in Mercenary when we got home from dinner. Posting the swatch in a second. I will admit it's a tad sheer, but definitely not what Violet is. Two-three coats worked

I was just at my Macys' counter and my MA said you could B2M special packaging too. She said if any other MACs give you a problem and say no they should call customer service b/c special packaging doesn't make a difference

It makes a difference if it is trademark SP...Like Barbie, Hello Kitty etc...those type SP are not eligible for B2M or discounts of any kind

Thanks for the compliments, I bought those sandals at a store called "Shoegasm", isn't that perfect! Last year I bought 3 pairs of gladiators and I just bought one pair this year. Love them.

Yes, you should be able to unless your MUA wants to be mean (lol). I got lollipop lovin' last year when it came out with Heatharette and my MUA reminded me I could take any l/s, it doesn't matter if it's LE or special packaging or anything. Except for Viva Glam, ofc.

Onto my haul- I ordered "Vibrant grape" and "bright future" e/s. I imagined vibrant grape differently, I'm not really disappointed, but not too thrilled about it either. I would love it more if it the pigmentation was better. I'll make it work, hopefully. Bright future is really pretty, really wearable golden yellow. It's not as bright as I thought it was going to be, but I love it anyways.

My counter is going to get this in next week so I'll check out l/s and l/g then, maybe B2M for a lippie.

Yeah that's how long I have to take mine for, I def feel better just taking them so far but I'm still tired and have a hard time swallowing but it is no way near as bad as it had been. I just hate it because I never feel like they go down, I feel like their stuck in my throat. Just make sure he eats yogurt before he takes them it will make his stomach feel so much better for it.
