MAC - Suite Array Discussion

Good grief, these shadows have a heavy dose of "teh suck"; on me, anyways. I like the liners but I know I'll never use them, so I'm glad I can just mosey on past this collection after the anticipation.

i got the black russian, bank roll pearl gliders also the sweet liason eyeshadow suite unfortunately its so sheen it stays on all day no problem but you really gotta pack the shadow on for some color =( so a bit disappointed. From creamsheen! i got creme de nude lipstick (i love nude and pink colors) LOVE it love it! i will most def be getting more of the collection soon since the new formula is now going to be permenent that is so exciting!

do rave as a shadow and black russian as a shadow on top on the outer corner.

black russian on lid first with rave on top for a darker purple.

Well, I ended up ordering 2 each of Rave and Black Russian, one for me and one for my daughter. And I got my daughter Fly-by-blu. I just can't wear blues very well but she looks great in them, aw hell at not quite 20 she looks great in just about anything. I on the other-hand will have to be a little careful with Rave, but I couldn't resist getting it.

Went to the MAC counter at Nordstroms with a $100 gift certificate....

Softwood cremestick liner - (I asked the MA for a l/l to match "On Hold" and she was so awesome she tried a bunch of l/l and we finally concluded "Softwood" was a pretty darned good match!!)

so i finally got my liners on saturday and i loveeeee them!!! i used fly by blu today and it looks like deep truth but in liner form with pretty blue glitter!!! i can't wait to use the others now!!! wolf is definately like smoke and diamonds but in liner form so can't wait to use that one either. i can't wait to use all the others not just that one!! so i'll probably be doing a different color each day this week. i wore the liner from 8am to now which is 11:50pm and it hasn't budged at all!! my lids get progressively more oily as the day goes on so for it to stay is wonderful!!

the liner went on well and the tip didn't break off but still went on smoothly so that made me happy. i didn't even bother with the shadows with this collection the liners were the standouts. they seemed to be selling quite well at the counter i go to.

ITA!! They are beautiful in person and beautiful on, and they wear like iron!! I wasn't going to get any of them and ended up getting all of them! I like them because they have more shimmer and less chunky glitter than Softsparkles, and they go on sooooo smoothly.

Now I just wonder if they're permanent or if I need to start doing some major stocking up...

These go on super smooth but last pretty well on me. They smudge on my lower lashline a tiny bit by the end of the day, but I could probably do something about that.

Fly By Blu over Black Russian is HOT...

I really likethese. ive decided Im gonna get Miss Fortune, and not bankroll spare change or molasses. So Ill end up with 5 and we'll see how quick I use them, if I need to buy backups

Nothing topped my blacktrack, but I get really tired of getting out a brush and applying blacktrack. So this is great. I never had a pencil actually work for me and not smudge, til now. GO MAC, GO MAC

I used Wolf as a base with Satin Taupe all over and some Carbon on the outer V. Then put Wolf again as liner on top and bottom lashes. Sooo gorgeous you guysssss.

Got my Molasses pencil today. I've been wearing it for hours on just my plain ol lid & it has stayed perfectly! I'm also quite pleased with the hint of shimmer instead of chunky glitter.

So, do I need Black Russian?

I have a feeling that a lot of these shadow suites are going to be ending up at the CCOs in the near future. Almost no one is talking about the shadows. That REALLY says something IMO.

Ok, I'm getting Rave just to try if it smudges. Every pencil smudges on me. Rave is a pretty colour!
