Then again, the lighting might be different later and I go a 180 on that opinion, but for now, me likes...
I tried Caliente with different liners: Heroine as suggested by a fellow Specktrette which definately made it better and brick / cherry / red lipliner which gives it a redder tone. However, the tint of red that it gives does not scream terrible uniqueness to me. Without a liner it's"definately "meh" to me... Underdressed does add a little extra love. I guess I'll play with it a little more...

I love Altered Beige so much i've been wearing my other LE nude lipsticks instead because i'm now less worried about using them up. I put Double Shot or Hot Chocolate around the sides of my mouth and a nude in the center - since i'm trying to save my Altered Beige, i'm using my Ruffian Naked which was nice but a tiny tad too warm, and this combo is working well, yeah, nude ombré lips...

I just received both SS and Caliente today....I am shocked by how much I love it. Although I am sick (caught my son's cold!) I just had to try them on real quick. Now I wish I had just bought 2 SS's. Can't decide how I feel about Caliente just yet. Maybe if I play with liners when I feel better I'll know for sure. Hope I feel better when my AAO lippies and my OCC Stained Gloss Lip Tars arrive (both have shipped but AAO won't arrive to Monday apparently)...that's a whole lot of stuff to swatch! 9 MAC lippies (added 2 others to my order) and 6 lip tars....and the quad. Then of course next week there is the attempt at the RiRi release...and a few days after that the Nudes and Metallics. And with all of the mention of Tropical Taboo...I'm afraid to look at that thread or I'll end up with yet another haul lol. If I keep getting sucked in to these releases I'm going to need to walk around with a sign that says "Will Dance For MAC Product"I like Sheer Seduction better than Caliente too.And to think I almost skipped it!

I haven't got Heroine pencil yet but it would probably be a good match too. Well, I used TR only once so far, and that was yesterday when I wore it with FMP. I took a few pics for my own reference, mostly for the lippie. I have hooded eyes so the details of my eye makeup never show up properly on pics unless I specifically aim to capture them. This is the only one that does TR justice (kind of). Lid inner half Temperature Rising, outer half Performance Art. Crease Swelter, blended up a bit. Beauty Marked to deepen the crease and outer V (I actually wanted to do a cut crease but I failed miserably lol). Blanc Type browbone. UD Rockstar lower lashline, with a bit of Beauty Marked on top. Swelter to blend things out a bit. Lips: Feel My Pulse with Just Wonderful liner. Obviously lol. Cheeks: Easy Manner, with Shadowy to contour (not that it shows much, as I blended the bejesus out of it) and NARS Albatross to highlight. Bonus: effed up brow pencil yeah!
