Errrr they smell like fruit but they have no taste. Unless my tastebuds have gone out of whack.

The only difference I find in TTs and TLCs is that TTs are more glossy and have a fruity scent. Where as TLCs have color and have a creamy texture with a subtle vanilla scent.

Hey Erine, you had mentioned you didn't think there was an expiry date? (and I don't think its been addressed yet) I looked at mine I still have boxed from last year (as my counter didn't get their shipment today...grrr) the box has the expiry date. on the bottom. ie ____2010 or whatever it was. but not on the jar.

damn i only wanted one, now I think i may get two! Bimbos---need help! How can I justify two? One for @ work (already own one), one for my makeupbag...one for ??? lol

3rd that. I thought it must be on the box, too, 'cause I saw no expiration date on the jar and I looked closely with and without my contact lens.

this is what you want to look for. its located on all beauty products. this one means it good for 6 months after the product is opened.

I think these Tendertone colors are MUCH better than last collection's. I love Honey Bare and Pucker! Pucker is such a beautiful garnet red.

actually that's not necessarily true. cosmetics companies are only required to put one of those "jar" thingies on the product if it expires within 30 months after openning, so it means tendertones won't expire in less than 30 months

Thanks for that. I knew they had to have some expiration date especially since they have SPF. I figured they had to expire at some point.

no, no, no. that doesn't have anything to do with spf. the definition of the symbol says that it wouldn't "harm" you within that period of time, but it may lose its effectiveness as a sun protection. the jar symbol is strictly for cosmetics, and sun protection is classified as drugs. there's a whole different set of regulations about that. that's why i think maybe some ppl have the expiry date on their tendertones because of the regulations in different countries. i know that in some countries mac is required to label date of production on the box, but we never see that in north america
