it! It's such a nice color all swirled together. I noticed I have to use a lighter hand than I'm used to for blush. I've been kinda addicted to Blushbaby and used quite a heavy hand to give me a slight flush but when I do so with Bi-Tone I end up looking like a clown.

Is there a trick if you want to lightly apply a heavily colored blush? I've dipped my brush in it twice or thrice, then tapped it on the back of my hand and just then applied it to my cheeks.

Bi-tone is lovely

I know what you mean, you really need to be careful. Which brush are you using? Normally I use a 188 or 187 and just dip it in and apply like you did. And then I go over it again with the brush I applied my MSFN with

I'm using the 168 for blush, I really like the angle and how it fans slightly when drawn across the cheek area. Maybe I will try a 188. Do you just stipple it or draw as well? Somehow the 187 and 188 look like they need to be stippled. Stippling could be the better technique for Bi-Tone, I think you get less product onto the cheeks.

Yes, I stipple first and then blend out.

This might be a really stupid question, but does the mineralized blushes fit in the blush palettes or are they too "high"?

*Just found an old thread about this, and apparently I can't

They are too high and the palette won't close
nope.gif

One night I was depotting like mad and you know, once you're into it you can't stop (well, that's what happens to me
tong.gif
).

I actually depotted one (and not just a regular one, a LE one from Color Craft) and even though it fitted, it was way too high for the palette. And now I'm left with a blush that moves in its case

i didn't know that you could depot a mineral blush like that! i knew it wouldn't fit in a mac palette but i thought it would break because they're so fragile!

I just got Bi-tone and Sun and moon minerlise blushes. I love the gold in bi-tone.

I also got trimed in pink, naked and insynch liners on hold for me and a few cremesheens.

I could see that it won't probably fit in the palette because it's high but when I depot, I become a crazy woman and at the time I thought I should give it a try
th_dunno.gif

Thankfully it didn't break, it didn't even come close to breaking, which is a miracle considering that a couple of my other blushes have broken or chipped during depotting (much more fragile than e/s)

That is what I was thinking! I thought they were too fragile to be depotted.

Not at all! Its so rich and has great shimmer that is not too overpowering.

I'm thinking if I should get Naked as well. So much for saving money, but I did manage to resist this collection for the longest time!
