The blushes are gorg. I bought all the blushes except rhapsody in two.. These are not glitter/shimmer bombs at all...

Ok so the lighting was going fast so I had to hurry up and swatch the blushes on both of my arms! I can't take photos that well with my left hand lol.

I received Buddy Up and Two Virtues.
Two virtues is so pretty but does nothing for me. It is too pinky frosty, not natural on my skin but I would think for pale ladies will be quite the hit although it is terribly frosty but not glittery, a plus in my book.

Buddy Up is a plum with red mixed in. So beautiful, now this works on me. It is the lighter version of Merrily, the plum really tones down the red. I really recommend this one if you have tan or dark skin.

This one is way less frosty than TV and it kinda looks matte. I love it.

I will be getting Sun and Moon and Chic Couple next.

I did it what amounted to around 12 hours over the course of two weeks. It was sherbet orange at one point in time. Basically, lots of powder lightener and toner, though. And my hair is pretty damaged. It's just now stopped being super frizzy. I definitely won't be lightening it any time soon, and am actually slowly darkening it. Just a couple of days ago I took the platinum part down to a light golden blond. My dark blonde roots were showing, so I wasn't expecting the color to do anything, but it deposited a nice golden sheen, so my roots blend really well now! I just need to do the rest of my hair with a light golden blonde too, as it's a little too yellow for the top of my head.

I'll post a FOTD with my new blush and lip goodies to show off the newly colored locks.

lol yeah that's my chubbo Rocco. Everyday he props himself against the wall so he looks like he's sitting like a guy. That's a toy next to him. My husband tries to get him to pose with a beer but he moves everytime!

I'm in the NC15 in Studio Sculpt, NW20 in Studio Fix powder, and NW15 in the new Mineralize compact. I think it would work on ya! I love it so far, these blushes are really pigmented so I would be careful and start with a light hand and build.

That's funny about the beer. Its either too cold or he doesn't like the smell

Ok so I grabbed In Synch l/l and Naked l/l today! They are just as pretty as everyone described, definitely grab them if you like nude lips!

I didn't pick up anything else from this collection. RIT mb was pretty but very frosty, and the other colors didn't do anything for me. Though I would die if they made a true violet MB!

I also passed the cremesheens, the only one that even stood out was Delish (i think that's the name), but IDK, they're a little over priced for me these days.

Overall a success though!

IM BACK WITH MY GOODIES!!!!! I wasn't expecting to get any blushes- 1 if anything. But I ended up with 3!

and let me tell you, I wanted the other 3 too!!!! The colors were gorgeoussssssss! And to swirlgirl, my blush twin,

I did mention earlier that I don't really wear lip liner except for my favorite one that's from Smashbox. But I figured I'd get these and try them out before they were sold out!!!!

Rhapsody in Two - I think is way too light and frosty to wear alone as a blush. I don't really like buying highlighters because I have SOO MANY already, but this color was soo purrty

. Someone here mentioned that this had more color than Moon River. I disagree. Moon River definitely has more color! In fact, they are not similar at all. RIT is more of a light peach while Moon River has more pink in it. RIT is definitely a highlighter shade, whereas I am able to use Moon River as a blush!

Sun & Moon- is like a coppery bronze with a hint of pink on me

. This color is SOO UNIQUE from the other MBs I have! The swatches just don't do this blush justice- you just have to check this out in person

Two Virtues- OMG the purple part of this blush is gorgeous! MAC HAS to make a blush like this!!! It's the lavender blush we are waiting for from MAC!!If MAC makes a blush with just the purple part of this I will just die

!!! To me, this is NOTHING like Love Rock at all! Two Virtues is more lavender whereas Love Rock is way more pink! In my swatch pics they might seem similar, but if you're looking for something more lavender toned, definitely get this! Two Virtues and Love Rock won't give you the same look..

As for the lip liners- I just tried them and they don't seem creamy at all

. I don't think I'm going crazy about these liners. I mostly bought them because of the hype

. I have to stop doing this! I think I'm just not used to the pencil being so thin. Smashbox liners are SO much thicker that I'm not liking that these are so thin. Naked Liner really is just like Lip Erase- which on me is less drying than this

. I happen to love my Lip Erase

! The only thing I seemed to notice about Naked Liner is that it stays put where you apply it. With lip erase, it tends to move and mix with your lippies/glosses. Naked Liner doesn't do this at all. I think I'm convinving myself to keep it hahaha. I actually like In Synch. It applies almost like a baby pink on me.

I just don't see how these are creamy

Maybe it's because I haven't tried any MAC liners before this. But they don't seem creamy at all! If anything, I couldn't wait to put some gloss on after hahaha. But I tend to make assumptions about what I buy then change my mind after, so I will definitely try them out in different looks and see if I like them!

I skipped the Cremesheens because I knew I'd end up spending more $$ and with these being permanent, I have time to check them out later!

I hope everyone else enjoyed their hauls! I can't wait to play with mine

So, I resisted as long as could and finally made it to MAC tonight, after work. I swatched 4 of the liners and several of the blush duos, and ended up with InSync liner and Rhapsody in Two MBD. I was on the fence about getting Trimmed in Pink, so I may have to call my store tommorrow to have them set one aside for me when I go back for GMLOL. My MA was definately right that NAKED liner was not right for me and that Two Virtues is similar to AB blush ombre. She also thought that Mouth Off would work for all of the coral lips going on this spring and summer......since there is another coral l/l coming with To The Beach, I think I'll wait for that one.......

I also tried one of the Cremesheen glosses, Partial to Pink, which I thought looked nice on me....very spring! Since these are permanent, I will definately get one or two (between LE collections)

In all, I left MAC with TWO items, and spent only $36.00 !!!
