I called my local counter and they said the shipment was delayed and they haven't been given a date when it would arrive. You could tell they are completely frustrated having to answer these calls but not having anything really to provide. The person I talked to was nice but she said she had already had a few calls and I call 20 minutes after they opened. With all the other collection rapidly coming I'm hoping this doesn't get put off too long. It is making me loose a bit of interest - espicially with NARS larger than life lipglosses availiable now.

weird...

this best not mean it is the same for the uk! i will be very sad otherwise!

Maybe they release it with Seasonally Supremes? I haven't heard from my f/s store - they were supposed to call me back.

i called MAC customer service. normally i wouldn't care if it was delayed and i would be patient but i am leaving for italy august 9 till the 24 so i am freaking out! they said they do not have a date but normally a delay for them is like a week POSSIBLY 2 so HOPEFULLY it comes out next week :/

not usual for them to release on sunday but considering the circumstances it was delayed so i guess they can launch it whenever

Yup MAC is not very business smart these days,other companies do not play these games.For instance Nars doesn't have a few of their larger than life in stock yet,probably production issues,but that didn't stop them from launching on time as promised!Someone needs to get fired over at MAC....

they dont usually release things on sundays they should just launch this with seasonally surpreme if they are smart. this is making customers lose interest a bad move for mac
