it just looks like it couldn't get to pro stores early but i called quite a few mac stores and they still say it will launch the 28

Either someone's lying or someone's not giving out the right info to all the stores. I think it's the latter. I'm more inclined to believe CS saying that it's delayed. It would certainly explain why bloggers haven't gotten any samples.

Even if it is delayed for Pro stores for a day (or several), it can still launch at all other locations on 7/28. I'm positive it will launch next week in f/s stores and counter.

Ugh...just did another livechat on the MAC site. Said they only know about online launches and that they don't have a date for when it's online. Never helpful, ever.

we never know when we get shipments in we get them in sometimes the day b4 the launch each location is different its just like the mail u never know what your gonna get

hahaha even in stores. My mother asked for quite cute 2 weeks earlier and they looked at her like she was some kind of insane person. She told me "ill never do you these make up favors for limited edition stuff, they really see me as if i was wearing straight jacket"

I think it doesnt help that people in spain rarely talk english very well hahahah and the way my mom said quite cute (in english) they were like... say what, lady?

I feel a lot of people who work for MAC they are like... fed up of their job or not as exited... u know?

i know hun but people working there for years get "uncharmed" ahhaa if u know what i mean.
my uncle he is a psychiatrist and he always tells me "i love how u r so passionate about psychology, i used to be like you when i was young". so... i guess it doesnt only happen in Make up.

It's just delayed for pros but not for the regular folks, so no panic. We are still on track
