CCs are not my cup of tea...skip for me although the colors look so nice! Especially the tangerine color

  Correct my ignorance-what is a mystery powder?

I don't know about this particular release, but in the original couture collection (the black metal square pattern) had a mystery powder that was a really nice finishing powder. There's a touch of coverage--not as much as an MFSN in my opinion. It's still a mainstay that I keep in my desk at work for touchups--very nice quality. By the way, since these have a touch of color they came in different shades back then too. Because they are sheer, the limited shade range is fine. 

I have the one in the black compact with pointy things that looks like an alien pod. I can use all over when I am at my darkest (maybe NC20) and in Winter as a "bronzer" to give a hint of warmth when I'm at my palest (between NC10 and NC15). I am referring to the Light Plus.

I have Gesina, Digna and Catharina from the original MW collection. I'd recommend any of them. Ironically, Gesina is probably my fave. Sorry.
