I usually get stuff pretty quickly too where I live,but with the free code I figured I'd give it a go since on the MAC site it had a projected date if Monday. :/

Excellent swatches and write up, Lauren.First impressions and swatches! Unfortunately, today is really overcast. :/ It won't clear up all weekend. I took all photos in the window, trying to get as much direct sunlight as possible. NFP: I was a little disappointed that this wasn't pulling really bright pink like some swatches I've seen! Maybe it's because it's not 100% sunny out? HC: This pulls more purple-ish on me. I really love this color! However, it looks like a lot of lipsticks I have. Chanel's La romanesque comes to mind, TF's Jack possibly. This is definitely a color I'm drawn to more frequently. It looks close to NFP in the photo, but they're definitely different in person. Especially on the lips! Cardinal: It's a pretty red. You can tell in the photo it is a little more "yellow" and "warm" than the swatch below which is MM. I have so many reds like this. I've yet to try it on the lips, yet, and see how much it really differs on the lips compared to MM. However, this one took quite a few passes to build up, unlike MM which was one swipe opaque and creamy. MM: A touch cooler than Cardinal. I'm loving this one more that Cardinal-- possibly from the formula, though. It was much more opaque at first swipe. Smooth and creamy. Definitely dupeable, but a lovely formula and still a lovely shade of red. I'll keep this one and likely return Cardinal if I can't tell much of a difference on the lips. The box was super cute in person... I wish they came in packaging like this!Top to Bottom: NFP, HC, Cardinal, MM.

I'm just glad I didn't pay for it and just used the MACEXP code. I don't know what could of happened to my order as it got placed right after launch and I got the shipping notice a few hours later. The MAC site said Monday using the 2 day so I gave it a go hoping to get it a day sooner than I normally would with my usual standard. Guess not!

On a side note, your swatches are awesome, nice and thick, heck you used the whole tube! I'm always swiping like I'm afraid to waste precious product (mind you I have yet to ever finish a lipstick I have so many), lmaoooo!

Exactly. Guess the only free express shipping I really get to take advantage of is Overnight and they rarely have that going when a collection launches. Only time in recent memory I got to use that was when Prabal launched.

@NaomiH: the same thing happened with my order. MAC website said delivery date today. 1st UPS tracking last night had delivery today and a couple of hours later they amended to Monday. This morning UPS amended back to today and I already received my box. I used the 2 day shipping code and the upgraded to overnight for $5. If I didn't receive today I was all set to ask mac for my $5...lol

I always buy those. I get them from Walmart.com, The Container Store, Target. I have green and purple in my room and my son has different colors. I love them!And now I'm off to Walmart to buy cool colored storage drawers like @allthingsglam

If there's a code during one of these exclusive LE collections I'll login to My MAC, add something random to my bag then apply the code to make sure it works. Once the collection launches I add everything I want then take the random item out and BAM! Code already applied!
