They did something similar for me with Riri Boy and Heaux. UPS left my package in a different location than usual, so I didn't know it was here and it baked in the sun for hours. The lipsticks were melted. It wasn't MAC's fault, so I didn't expect them to do anything, but it sent them an email since it was all sold out. They got back to me right away and sent me replacements. I was very impressed.

oh man no clowns ughhhh. clowns freak me out. you nearly made me drop my daughter lol no idea why but i can't stand them.


oh a lighter note... i bought both blushes separately. they arrived in the wrong boxes but i got both so i was happy. still upset and frustrated for all of you but yesterday i was credited from MAC in my bank account. i didn't call MAC, didn't email them either. i didnt complain because i was one of the fortunate ones to balance out.

i ordered separately because i paid one on a credit card and one through the bank. the refund was in my bank which is how i paid for ocean city. i'm unsure why i was refunded. did anyone else get refunded? i haven't purchased anything at MAC besides those 2 blushes so no idea what MAC is up too. I checked credit card and no refund for the order with SB. oh btw i didn't get an email either. nothing even saying i was getting a refund. what's up with MAC!

I was impressed too! UPS delivered my punk couture to an address across town, UPS was recycling shipping confirmation numbers for a while and the people would not give it back, UPS sent security out there to try and retrieve it with the sheriff, but they never gave it back. This happened after MAC sent my collection back. It had been sold out for days I did not think they had it to replace, that told me they do keep reserves, Im guessing in case of things like that happened to us. That's why I know there are a lot of people, come Monday, who are going to have little black boxes waiting for them when they get home!

So excited! After all of the drama with the blushes I had posted my SB on IG for sale. Come to find out someone within an hour of me had an OC they didn't want. We both got refunded and decided to swap! I'm getting it tonight! My first orange/peach blush. Literally cannot wait!!

I just called about my wrong blush. They're apologetic now and offer refund or reship. I still want the OC so hopefully I'll get the reship. If they end up not getting more product and have to refund I'll be less mad at the SB blush since it will at least be free.
