I bet you talked with the same Rep I had with my first phone call.

she wasn't flat out rude, but i was like 'well about how long should i wait for the phone call? i just want to make sure if i should wait by the phone.' because i do have a life kindof (complaining on specktra and grading papers), and her answer was a very flat '24 hours.' she seemed to give stock answers. her name was val or something like that. a very short name with a v somewhere in it. the second girl was so nice though.

if they only end up giving me credit, i guess maybe its a sign i DO need something from alluring aquatic...

Well i ordered orange blush from macy & pink from MAC. i hope either both are switched or neither! If i accidentally get two of the same hope someone will switch with me so i dont have to deal with MAC.

Nope! Just got off the phone about 10 min ago and not only did they not apologize until I pushed, they basically said "too bad so sad" and admitted it was a problem they were aware of! lol I was so shocked by the response I was speechless

So there are two issues: some people receiving the wrong item completely, and other people receiving the right box label but wrong item. How does this even happen? And how can they know for sure what they are shipping without looking into every single box?!?

i worked at h&m a long time ago and when we would get the clothing in from wherever it was made, sometimes really gross things were in there. melted chocolate, food... i think fecal matter at some point. yup. so people shipping things (i realize this is order fulfillment and not wholesale or whatever) aren't always the greatest lol!!

I think everyone is receiving the right invoice/packing slip but the opposite item of what they ordered. Ridiculous, especially since the blush boxes state what shade it is. Something had to be amiss when they were grabbing the products off the production shelves and sticking them in boxes. Maybe the SB's were in the OC section and vice versa. I don't know how warehouse packing and shipment works, but something's gotta give. From what I see NO ONE who ordered one got the right one. And if you ordered two, you were lucky, because they were still incorrectly switched.

They'll probably reroute the packages back to them that were sent out standard. Nordstrom does it all the time wit mistakes in orders. Once the status is not out for delivery they can reroute it back to them. So some ppl may have a delay.Buttttt knowing MAC they probably can't think straight right now through this mess

i never purchase clothing in store anymore. unpacking stuff that smelled like mcdonalds x curry... nope. and cleaning up the bathing suits in the dressing room also ended up turning me off to pretty much everything ever.
online you get clothing individually wrapped in the little bags....i guess switching the blushes wasn't the worst thing that could happen!!

Yes it is gorgeous. I purchased Sunset Beach and I love it, it's soft and intense, the packagings are truly beautiful. I wish I had ordered Mangrove but I am so glad to have 1 ombré blush here !
