talked to mac on the phone. cs rep said they *JUST* got an email that said it will probably take until early next week to be resolved.

has anyone ordered blushes from dept stores and had them be correct? considering doing so right now. i want sunset beach, but the stock photos on each display ocean city.... sooo...

Really? I'm calling tomorrow and ask for a refund. No time for this nonsense!

yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuup.... as silly as it is, i just hate unresolved things. even if it took a while for them to call me, i'd like to know what the plan was. like even if it took a month to actually send the correct product, as long as i knew it was happening, id be good, ya know?

I asked the rep at Nordies today about those gigantic boxes that could hold a man's size 17 shoes. Big 'ole box with tons of paper if you are not careful you could miss finding the tiny product in it! When i first tried to order online i had choices for mens cologne samples! The rep said that the jumbo boxes was because they recycle. I couldn't help but ask today, lol. Samples availability changes very often throughout the day he also said. Hope my order don't get mixed up. Oops, sorry it wasn't a Mac order, smh. So glad I skipped and in most instances I only order online from Mac if it is a online exclusive only or I have a e-card.

Allura gave B, I think it's more realistic ! :agree:  it's a good blush, the texture is very nice too. I use a Kiko brush ( it's not a high end one at all ), it worked well for me.
who is allura? What's her blog name? I think I like her already because that's my daughters name lol

Yes they need to resolve it asap!!! Like you said they need to give us a plan or something.

I just called MAC and asked for a refund and to email me the return label so I can send back the blush. She said she will credit my account and I can keep the blush.

Thanks Debbs. they recycle. but how do they know what other people do with the boxes?

IMO there is no excuse for that. they should use boxes the size of the Mac ones For makeup Orders.

I told her I don't have time to wait til next week when they clearly are clueless about what they plan to do. She said ok she understands my frustration blah blah blah. Then she said she'll vredit my account and an email will be sent when it goes through.

I know everyone is pissed about all this mess but hang in there I'm the least patient person in the world but at this point there nothing anyone can really do waiting for a response for long is not right but at the same time you have to remember it's not just mac there's a designer name involved in sure they're trying to get this settled I hope everyone gets a resolution to this problem soon!

Wow. I'm so sorry for all the issues everyone is having. I just got home to find my package waiting for me! I'm so glad I got both blushes, I absolutely love them. Side note, does anyone else find the blushes hard to open? Or is it just me?
