Did you already pay for it? Does it ever happen when you pre-order it & pay for it, but they end up not having it? I never pre-ordered any collections before since I normally always buy online or go into the store right when they open (but the release date is on the day of my finals) so I might end up having to pre-order D: Well, they took my cc # but not charging it till the release day I think. It's my first time pre-selling with Mac. I've had no problems with other brands, but there's usually no hype with the other brands I am buying. I'm working on release date, so this was my best option. I hope it works out for us. Good luck

I wouldn't take any chances...they just might you never know with Macy's and MAC. I do know however, that in the past when MAC has a collection released at their Macy's counters, the collections have become available usually the Sunday before the Thursday release at store. With this collection however there's no telling

Ugh i'm so annoyed! I've been trying to call my local Macy's MAC counter for the past 2 days because i keep getting different answers about how they're going to do the release. When i dial the number, i get a message that says the line is busy. I had to call the Clinique counter and tell them that for the past 2 days i've been trying to get a hold of the MAC counter and the lines are down. She tells me to hold and that she'd find out if they are aware of the problem. She comes back and says what item are you looking for..i tell her i just needed to know if the MM collection is preselling or holding and tells me to hold again. WTF? She comes back...mind you she's a total douche...and says "the manager just walked away but generally we don't do holds because it's a launch". Um excuse me? I thought you worked for Clinique...so where does WE come into the picture here? She was a total Bitch because I know damn well MAC has held and pre-sold things for me in the past...yes even on launch day The manager at the MAC counter was gone for about a year...and ever since she came back things are not the same. Everything seems so damn disorganized and unpleasant. I've decided to just stalk the website for it and if not, i refuse to deal with this MAC counter anymore...it's not worth it to me. Sorry for the complaints i just needed to vent.

If so I'd maybe like a BU of TPC, definitely another DA and FM BP. I'm still on my first FM but it's just gorgeous.

I'm thinking yes I'm not for sure but Macy's ship international at least last time I was on there site it did

Just called my MAC at Macy's and they won't hold any items. I guess I got to be out there early on release day!
