what do you think, is he guilty or not? and do you think he will be found guilty and go to jail?

I think he is guilty, but I don't think he will be found guilty by the judges..

I dont think he's guilty because (as hard as it might sound) he's rich enough to buy a child and "have fun with it" and "has not" use one of his fans or kids that come to the Neverland Ranch!

Well, he's up against 10 felony charges, so the jury, in MY guess will come back with guilty on some (like contributing to the deliquency of a minor) charges and not guilty (like the holding them as hostages).

On the molesting the boy, I honestly think they have enough to convict him, but I think there will be a hung jury. However, they are taking their time and I think this jury is REALLY wanting to do a good job and do the right thing.

If MJ is hauled off to jail, he will be put into a seperate portion of the jail for his own safety since they are pretty sure he would be killed with other prisoners. (per hte Court TV channel peeps)

He also won't be allowed to have his makeup, false nose (perhaps) and his bleaching cream (hydroquonine) since they are cosmetic and not something he needs or he will die.

I forgot to add:
IMO from the evidence I have seen so far, GUILTY (on molesting the boy), and NOT GUILTY on the hostage charge.

I say not guilty, mainly because this lady has a history of trying to extrort money from celebs (incl. Jay Leno, etc.).

Hmm,. I have mixed feelings,.. I think he has tried to "buy" a child. I remember it being in the news that he paid off this kids parents and then later they decided to take him to court and they are saying that he did abuse kids that stayed there,.. but I am torn,.. he seems to me with the whole trying to make himself into Peter Pan thing to have a juvenile mentality himself,.. so I have trouble fitting that into a guilty sentence,... if that is true it would make it hard for him to distinguish between being one of the kids and what is acceptable and what is not as an adult. I feel for him,.. his childhood had to be one screwed up experience.

^ i agree glittergoddess....

i think he either should be in prison (if found guilty) and if found NOT guilty, he NEEDS to get serious mental help and be away from children.... IMHO

I'm quite torn about this whole situation, really. On the one hand, he's an easy target to go after for money. On the other hand, I think he has boundary issues with children. I think he thinks whatever he has done with children is perfectly fine, and while it may or may not be molestation per se (I am still unclear as to how much of what has been told about what he actually did is true), I believe he probably needs some psychological help to sort of see that what he sees as appropriate relations with children doesn't mesh with society's ideas about the same. I honestly (call me naive) don't believe he's meant to hurt anyone, but it's easy to see that he's not all there (blame it on fame, his difficult childhood, what have you) and needs help. As far as the trial goes, I think they will probably convict him on lesser charges or not convict at all. Just my armchair psychologist's analysis.

i think hes pure guilty, but this is my view they cant target him for money because hes dead broke even tho the mother did target a satistic of other famous people that was the MOTHER the kid is charging MJ with what he did to him. NO 49 year old guy runs around with a gaggle of little boys without a mental disorder, the only idea i can see is if you're a social worker or work in a day care its different but you do not sleep in the same area as the child! someone with a background like his ( his father and how he is mentally developed ) usually turns out with a psycholigical disorder- with Michael he thinks he's Peter Pan and hes trying to relive his childhood he never had. But that dosen't make it ok to show children pornography and let them sip jesus juice or put their hands on his wang. Like earlier in the 90s he payed off a family who he messed with for 80Mil. dosent that show some suspicion that he's guilty? he didnt want to go to court because they found discriminating evidence...

i hope he goes to jail for a few good years.

Yeah, see all of that makes me wonder too! In actuality, from testimony, it was the boy's FATHER that was trying to get money from Michael, and in fact the mother never confronted anyone of the micheal team to ask for money at all.

And if Johnny Cochran, the man who LOVES to battle in the court, tells Michael he better settle OUT of court, then that to me tells me he sure was guilty, (or there was WAY STRONG evidence to send him away).

he is a easy target for greedy people like that family, i mean really if my son was that kid i would not say i will take x amount of dollars to stay quiet nor any of the things that the family has tried michael has issues however i believe in this case he is 100% INNOCENT

i say guilty hands down. as much as many people love him, he basicly went crazy ... its quite sad, but just because hes famous doesnt mean he could get away with it

I believe that he is guilty in having molested the boy. However, MJ definitely has a mental disorder of one kind or another and I believe that he doesn't understand why it is wrong or that he is 40-something. I don't understand why his metal health hasn't been addressed in court because he is definitely not all there.

guilty - waaaaaaaaay too many settlments out of court for the same allegation to be innocent.

and SHAME on those parents for putting a PRICE on their childrens (and the children he molested after their child) innocence. Just because he had money to pay them off doesn't mean they didn't have a moral obligation put him behind bars and unable to molest again.

Whether he turns out to be guilty or not guilty... that guy is effing WEIRD. If not in jail, he needs to be in an 'home,' if you know what I mean. That's the bottom line for me: he's obviously got some strong psychological problems he's dealing with and it's making him stuck in the stage of a 10 year old. not normal. he should not be allowed to roam free in my opinion.
