It's Isola Bella l/p. We see it for the first time.

Maybe it's nude color with a hint of orange rather than peach cuz it looks like a muted-orange version of Bolero!

Katharine McPhee was at the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and she wore Yu Satin Lip Pencil. The MUA didn't say it's Yu, but a few hours earlier, he mentioned her and Yu, so I guess that's the color.

Thanks! I think Yu is closer to Carthage/Funny Face than it is to Schiap. Redder too, probably. It's funny because it looks different from the picture poste on page 2. Maybe let's just wait for screencaps of her appearance at the show to have a better picture.

Actually Yu on page 2 also looks closer to Cartherge (but with a hint of violet/magenta) rather than Schiap, doesn't it?
I think Schiap is brighter and pinker.

Btw, is Yu lighter and pinker than Jardin Des Plantes cuz it looks like on the pic?
If it is, JDP is much redder and darker.

I think pictures from the Jimmy Fallon show should be the best to get a good look Yu Satin Lip Pencil, because lighting is good and there won't be annyoing color-altering Instagram filters.

I agree!
The more I see, the more I want. But I'll restrict myself to a couple, because I've just bought a silk dress and a L'Occitane body cream. (Sales season is almost over, and it should be, for the good of my wallet).

I don't know the shade of Satin Lip Pencil, and it's possible that it's not the only color on her lips. I assume it's from the Carmen Marc Valvo runway show.

For the Carmen Marc Valvo show, James Boehmer used Luxemboug Satin Lip Pencil and Salsa Lip Liner Pencil, Snow Loose Powder, Belle de Jour Velvet Matte Lip Pencil, and Madère Pure Matte Lipstick.


They say to use Mexica Rose Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil for a similar effect, but Luxembourg seems to look redder and more intense both on the models and on Julie Benz.

Too bad he didn't match the pencils to the swatches. The beginning is correct and then it's mixed up.

Based on those swatches, there are about 7 that I want... I'm hoping that I'll be able to eliminate some of them because they'll be similar to one another. Gorgeous, rich-looking colour, though!
