Got my haul! Posted a picture in the swatch thread.

In person, Half-Wild and Hyperviolet were kind of similar. Hyperviolet is more of a bruised purple, and more on the matte side. Half-Wild is every so slightly shimmery and more grape. I'm not sure I love it. It may be too similar to Hyperviolet to keep, but I'll give it a shot. Imaginary is tricky though. Indoors, it looks blue, but in sunlight, it looks purple.

I ended up buying Rare Exotic, not that I need ANOTHER bright pink, but it was pretty. Applied very well. You gotta be able to work a color like that!

I also tried on Potent Fig which is very pretty, but I didn't think I would wear it enough to justify purchasing it. Plus I have Night Violet (which is more red) and I rarely use it.

I also picked up two more Idyllic. It's the perfect base for Mythical and Faux Gold MES. I also love that I can sheer it out for a wash of color. It is absolutely gorgeous.

I have been waiting for a perfect base for faux gold. Looking forward to getting idyllic!

I got Potent fig and fresh amour. ha I'm so indecisive but those are the two lippys I got and potent fig is amazingggg. When is starts to fade it makes like an ombre effect with like a berry color in center on my bottom lip. Idk but I really like it it. Imaginary looks BEAUTIFUL! Oh my gosh I can't even. In the sun I can really see a duo chrome. But in bad lighting it looks black not so much navy. I hope the collection doesn't sell out in a few days so I can get more paint pots.

I purchased Genuine Treasure, Hyperviolet, and Fresh Amour lippie. I can't justify buying Idyllic because I have Artifact, I can't do half-wild because I have that purple one from stila, and I can't do the blueish one because I have the stila barbie one and I have the MUFE ones... nubile looks pretty but painterly is good enough for me. I am so very proud of myself for not buying all of them because I LOOOOOOOOOVE paint pots!

thanx guys but actually I'm objectively saying its not true. I know the angles that work for me (to avoid double chin etc), the lighting that works for me, the camera that works for me. That's the trick. Also I take 10 photos and at least one betta be good! I have a fucked up picture with fresh amour that if i show it here I lok like I was kidnapped and kept captive for a week. Yes, wearing fresh amour......

I know, should have known better! I got an email from MAC saying that they aren't going to restock it. Don't know if that is actually true though.

Just came back from Dillard's, they had plenty of Half-Wild there. So glad too, the thought of running out of that made me hyperventilate lol. Decided to swatch Potent Fig and Rare Exotic. I had to get Potent, the perfect purple color. Rare looked exactly like GAT just with a different finish so I skipped that one.

As there are no colorful p/p in the perm range, it was just expected to sell out fast. With some luck, they might restock.

I doubled up everything this morning.

I am really surprised! First, my counter has the nerve to be selling out of items from this collection, which they just started selling today (very unusual for them). I went in with the intention of getting Genuine Treasure and Half Wild p/p's. I got the last Genuine Treasure and really didn't care for Half Wild in person. Couldn't bring myself to get a mattene today, as the couple I like are too similar to other lippies I already have. Might get them when they hit the CCO. I asked about Styledriven and the MUA checked her book and exclaimed "that's today, also!" Then another MUA told us us it was moved to next Thursday. Loving Genuine Treasure, though!

On me Half Wild and Hyperviolet were very different? HP was far darker/blackened, Half Wild a more medium purple...same color difference you mentioned, but Half Wild was like 3 shades lighter and a more vibrant tone. I think as bases, they would act differently. HP would darken/deepen/blacken a purple, where Half Wild would keep the vibrancy the same.

that's the miracle eyebrow powder Cos my eyebrows are sooooo uneven and I have little hair (a lot of bald parts unfortunately) So this works really well and when i need to add "texture" to make it look like hair I use stud, a MAC brow pencil to add strickes.

Hi pals, I just got home from hauling my huge haul. My MA was shocked to see me - he'd been saving me items from Mac Me Over without me even asking him too, all this time. Some other lucky lady will get those, but meanwhile I snagged all the P/Ps other than Nubile and the pale yellow, plus more Mattenes than originally planned.

I'll do my big 'ole chit chat about my opinion of everything later, but for now, two observations:

Pure Creation is the single most beautiful mid-tone blue eye color I have ever seen. A true, fine Cerulean blue with an incredible depth and richness.

Deliciously Forbidden Mattene is the sleeper color of this range. It's a fall MLBB berry/rose - not too deep, not too pink, not too bright. Just gorgeous.

I'll be back later to rave about this collection and also my chance to swatch Lightscapade and the Art of Powder bronzer!

fresh amour over a little of loud and lovely (its too blue based for my taste so i put a lil fucsia gloss so its not as matte and ass blue)

I was trying to skip this collection, but couldn't resist. I wound up with Half-Wild, Genuine Treasure and Nubile. The MA had Half-Wild with naked lunch on top, trax in the crease, with shadown lady in the outer V... it was so pretty.

I tried applying Hyperviolet with my finger (cause I'm at work with no brushes and wanted to try it). It applied very blotchy. I'll touch it up with a brush at home and report back.

I've had Rare Exotic on for a while now and it's really holding up well. Now I'm starting to second guess not buying Potent Fig...

I absolutely love love love TH, especially layered over Nubile, Tan piggie + Moleskin in the crease, and Seaside on the browbone.

When it's layered, it's turns into a soft golden sheen as the peachy-ness of Nubile is peeking through the light gold, but looking very very natural. It's the perfect "nude with an oompf." No creasing at all when applied in thin layers.

Now I just need more eyes to play with the other p/p. One pair of eyes is not enough when so many good products come out at once, lol.

Got Pure Creation paint pot today and it looks so stunning!!!! I have not swatched it yet since I'm waiting on Half-Wild and Imaginary to come tomorrow (I also got my Evil Eye Quad from MMO).
