I'm using them also in the waterline and really, not a problem at all! They are incredibly soft and smooth. But of course we have to be careful ^^

Could someone tell me if the 'On a holiday' plushglass is a dupe for plusluxe?

i ended up getting the butterfly stack and i love it! so far i have used the violet and teal shade and actually think these are some of the better crushed metals that i have tried - i have been using them dry and although there was a little fallout the colours were beautiful! i also got the sunday face powder and it's such a cute powder! i have used it a couple of times and it is pretty on my cheeks but you guys know i prefer more coral and peachy blushes over pinks.

I ran out of concealer, so dropped by mac in debenhams and also picked up both of the pearlmattes - they are gorgeous!! I'm so pale that they're blushes on me, but perfect ones that are impossible to overdo and end up with clown cheeks

My favourite is FF, but I adore both

nah i have run out of money this month for makeup! however if still available next month i shall pick it up :)

also i'm sad because the day after i wore the teal pigment on my lids i woke up and my eyes were itching and red raw... surely if the teal caused the reaction it would have happened when wearing it and not the day after... :(

Maybe it irritated your skin when you were taking it off? I have to be very careful when I remove crushed metals as they can be quite sharp! Usually, I soak a cotton pad in eye make up remover and let it soak, then I pad it away rather than using a swiping motion. Hope your lids get better soon.

I really want to get the butterfly party stack, I love crushed metalic pigments in general. The pearlglides are lush, i remember when they were first launched I went crazy and bought most of them. Petrol blue is by far my favourite. I'm not sure if I'll pick some this time round.

I'm going to try that method of removal. Thanks for the tip macguy!

perhaps i did... i haven't dare use it again since so i might try again next week. my eyes were pretty red and itchy for about two days and although they are much better now i am still kind of scared! lol! although something weird is going on with my skin right now anyway - i have got a break out on my chin (i believe it to be hormonal) but i never really get breakouts anymore... plus my skin is so freaking dry! it looks flaky and feels horrible. even though i am using the same products i always do... why is this happening?! i feel so grimey :(

It sounds to me as if you are up for a change of your skincare routine/products. It is normal that products that worked for a long time (years) will certainly not work as well anymore as your skin changes over time. Definitely consider a handheld light therapy device such as the ANSR Beam (if you are on a budget) or the ANSR Halo or (Baby) Quasar. They are amazing tools to improve the texture of your skin (pores and redness) and fight dryness, age, as well as potential break outs. The only downside is that you need to invest some time every day, but if you work it into your routine, it's not a big deal. While the initial investment is higher than any cream products that you will buy, in the long run, it will save you a lot of cash as you will spent considerably less money on skincare products.

This was happening to me and I stepped up my exfoliation to twice a day and used a little hydrocortisone on the really irritated dry spots and it helps a lot for me. HTH

by the way, used Designer Purple pearlglide for the first time the other day, it is OMG the perfect purple. Maybe my favorite Pearlglide ever, & that's saying a lot because they are all pretty gorgeous

What brush do you use with the pearlmatte? I've just got the Sunday one and can't seem to get any colour payoff from it except with my fingers

I use the natural hair side of the 128 and it works really well! I hope you find a method that works for you, both of the pearlmattes are gorgeous :)

Thanks :) I shall have to give that a try after I've washed my 128. I'm quite pale, so it really ought to show up on me
