Thank you kindly. I knew some people felt they had to dig into the blushes. I'm gonna complete my checkout after work tonight. First I have to rescour the internet for pics of the two blushes so I can decide. I don't think I need two if I'm getting STF.

I got the #128 Split Fiber Brush that was in this collection and i think it works really well for the EDSFs and ED blushes.

Normally i use my #188 small Duo Fiber Brush, which is great for normal pressed powders and MSFs and Mineralize blushes. But just wasn't cutting it for these ED products.

They are less pigmented than normal blushes I find, but the finish is really lovely. If a normal blush brush like the 116 and 129 don't work well enough, just use something denser or stiffer like the 128 or 109.

I got flaming chic and I used all kinds of brushes I'm a brush addict to and I rubbed the top layer again and again I could never get it to show I return mines.i also wanted more but that experience had me scare to order lol

This is why I'd prefer to only pick up one. We ended up having a dinner guest last night so I didn't get around to researching which color I should get. Thanks for your input on FC.

Any special brushes to be used with these blushes? I know they've been a bit touchy for folks. I've got Flaming Chic and Blazing Haute in my cart. Not sure which one to get. Hopefully STF is still in stock over at MAC. Off to go check...
I like hourglass 2, and I did have to dig into blazing haute. but now I don't have problems. I noticed on a few that I had to rub off the first layer.

I use my Real Techniques blush or multi-task brushes with these blushes and haven't had any problems picking up color.

Just a reminder...

Some people found that the ED blushes have some sort of "coating" on them. Erine suggested removing it with a Q-tip. Once the coating was removed, the blushes delivered enough color.

That's a good reminder. My Fiery Chic was the only one that had it, but it actually looked a slightly different colour, it looked like a coral/pink ombre part way through removing the coating!.

I find i'm using Shape the Future more than the other two EDSFs i got. This really surprises me, since it was the color i figured i'd use least! I'm using it as a blush/highlight. I thought i'd be using Definitely Defined, which is cooler toned, more.

I think I'm going to run through Blazing Haute. This just does something wonderful to my cheeks. LOL I use that and Shape the Future daily. I almost tempted to return the other MSF, I don't reach for it and it just gives me a sheen/sparkle.

I've made such a dent in At Dusk that I just ordered 2 more from the MAC website. I was only going to get one, but I had to spend £30 to get free shipping and there was nothing else I wanted!
