I was trying so hard to avoid Chanel glosses, but now I have to check it out since you suggested it. I missed out on Flamingo, though. I know one of the permanent Cremesheen+Pearl shades is supposed to be very similar. I plan to pick those shades up later after I'm done with all of the Holiday collections.

Lol! What, the gloss or Flamingo? I've been focusing on the Chanel lipsticks and polish first. I figure I would take a look at their glosses after I was done with those. I missed out on Iris Apfel. I've managed to track down some of the items I wanted from the collection, but no luck with Pink Pigeon or Flamingo yet.
I'm willing to swap a BNIB Love Goddess for a BNIB Pink Pigeon for anyone interested.

have you tried on MUA? I bet you could get that deal there if you can't find it here. I have PP but it is definitely used. However, if I see one at my CCO (doubtful but you never know) I will let you know.

Oh, OK. Girl, you've got to try the glossimers. I love them. It's the first Chanel item I ever tried and I own about 10 of them now. The shimmery ones are the most pigmented (unfortunately a couple of my faves are long gone) and the flat colors don't look like much of anything on their own, but over a lipstick it's amazing!

Et tu, martiangurl? I'm already addicted to Chanel's Rouge Allure lipsticks and nail polishes, so I expect the same thing to happen with their glossimers. I think that's why I've been trying to avoid them. But it's obviously an exercise in futility.

I have been looking for Pink Flamingo for a few months now. Ebay has them for more money than I want to pay. I hope they repromote it so I can buy it up!

Well ladies, this was not too much of a surprise but none of the Iris A or Shop3/Cook3 lippies were to be found at my local CCO. There were Tender tones, but I did not do BU. So, hopefully there will be a repromote of Party Parrot and Pink Pigeon in the early 2013 for folks who missed out.

Overstock has sold MAC for about 2 years now - I bought a huge amount of older shadows about a year ago from them, shadows like Casino, Femme Fi and Lusterleaf. When the shadows came they were in a yellow envelope with a 3rd party supplier name on the return label. The shadows all seemed to be legit and I have enjoyed them but I think that is why they list the shadows as unboxed because they are coming from a 3rd party that works with Overstock.com.
