Thanks for the info! You should call in tomorrow because it doesn't make any sense to me either that just one of the eyeshadows would be priced differently. I'm sure it was just a mistake.

I wish I could say the same, I don't think I can pass on the purples if they are decently pigmented. I think I can skip the uber shiney MSF for once. I just destashed quite a few MSF and I think I am over the fish scale look...

IS your puppy a Yorkie? He/She is awfully cute.

Oh, F me softly with a chain saw, I am going to need ALL of the BRUSHES. And the bags are TDF...
Yup. He is adorable!

I'm excited about this year's holiday collection. The packaging looks really cute, hope the products are great. I haven't been very impressed by the last few holiday collections.

Can't wait for more info. I suppose if I went into my store more often as I used to I would be more on top of things.

I'm not surprised. GD comes out in just a few weeks (not long enough to recover from the MM damage). I'm glad you were able to reserve the items you want. That's a smart move, especially if the GD release will be as crazy as the MM one.

The talk of brush sets and CCOs got me thinking. Slightly OT, so apologies for that.

What are some good individual brushes to keep an eye out for at CCOs? The only MAC brushes I own are the 234, 239, and 242. Mostly I use Real Techniques and Sonia Kashuk brushes.

Thanks in advance!

I'm getting kinda excited about the brushes, I don't have any from MAC at all, in fact I have very few makeup brushes...1 kabuki that I use for cheeks (horrible, I know) and 3 eye brushes. I just never can afford to get MAC brushes with all the money I spend on their makeup. Plus I have a hard time passing on anything leopard print...especially if it's leopard print AND pink. But I wonder if the brushes will be good enough quality to be worth their price.
I think they are a good value for the price. No they are not as good as a full size regular price one. Most of them are still pretty good. The sets have improved a lot over the years. There is a eye brush or two that I don't care for, mostly because its too small or its one I would not use. Also I wish they would put different brushes in the kits. In the past, they always seemed to have the same configurations but this is starting to change.

The packaging of the Holiday Fabulousness sets is simply adorable! But i suspect each will cost more than i want to spend. And while the sets seem nicely thought out, i'm not really in love with most of them. In unnamed Gloss Set 3 (which has creme pink, sparkly pink, plum, and sparkly violet gloss), all i really want is that sparkly dark violet gloss. I do love the pigment sets, though. But i suspect that i won't be getting any of the Fabulousness sets... well, maybe a pigment set... or two...

Now, for Glamour Daze, i am on TEAM PURPLE! Well, with a few other colors thrown in. I really HAVE to get Whisper of Gilt; i got Superb when ED first came out, and now i have brushes that work well with the EDs, so i'm excited. And i CANNOT decide which eye shadows i want. Below is my TO TEST list. I definitely will NOT buy all of the things on this list...
Just curious, which brushes do you like for the ED Skin Finish? Thanks.

Found some swatches! I think I'll be skipping the fluidlines since they look very glittery. Now we just need swatches of the blushes and ED shadows!

I wish there were blush swatches too. I'm thinking the peach one will be nicer than Legendary from MM.
The other blush (I already forgot the name!) looks shimmery, I want to know the finishes.

That purple-y lippie reminds me of Asian Flower (which I happen to have). Thanks for the pic!

Thanks for the link! Yay! Glamourdaze is still on my list. I may have to add two more lipsticks now. The ED shadows look so similar to the last release. What's going on? Why not just rerelease those shadows rather than making some so similar soon after? Do you think these are really the same colors and they just changed the name because they are smaller?

Wow those fluidlines really do look too glittery, and I definitely don't like glitter too close to my water lines oh well more money for the shadows

Super excited about that peachy blush! Skipping Legendary for exactly this reason.

Now my list is:
Outrageously Fun OR Dramatic Encounter lipsticks (i just need one lol)

MAYBE:
Tall Dark Handsome
Whisper of Gilt (Im in love with my nars albatross so idk if i really need this)
Feminine Edge (Im hoping its not as glittery in the pic and hope its just the flash that makes it look extra glittery. If not I can just cross this out lol)
