Ugh, I just couldn't wait any longer for the collection to come up on the MAC site, so I bought my stuff off Bloomy's. I got Chilled on Ice p/p, Too Chic b/p from the SY collex, and 2 of the IGNK e/k.

Speaking of Epic fails, when I was in Mac today, they were boxing up all the Tartan Tale stuff. They said they were sending them away. They had boxes and boxes of the brush sets that they just couldn't give away. I was slightly amused. You gotta bring it harder next Holiday season, Mac. Other brands had you beat.

My mac was also getting rid of the tarten tale sets and they had tons too.

This makes me nervous for wonder women....crossing my fingers but not getting my hopes up.

I don't think my MAC store or counter sold out of a single thing from Tartan Tale. The packaging was actually better than usual this year and those brush sets usually sell out so quickly even though they're not very good. The prices were higher this year though and the colours were a bit out of step with the season and the collection was just too big. When my SA was digging in the drawers for me today, I saw they had a huge amount of of Venomous Villains still in stock too.

Step it up MAC!

I dont think its just MAC. Money is tight for a lot of people esp around the holidays. VV was more expensive than usual MAC. A lot of people are struggling just to make it ya know?
I'm going to have to wait until tues, bloomies shipping is too expensive for me. arggg

I think if Mac came out with a hot collection today, it would fly. Because of the fact that money is tight for a lot of people, they are more selective about what they buy and then you couple that with slight price increases. I am more selective now having been around the block a few times. It takes a lot to impress me and it's hard to find things I don't already have. A lot of my money went to other brands this season, but I still love Mac.

Anyway, I don't want to get accused of taking the train off the tracks; I want to just put on Sin-tillation and walk around the house with it. I love it more than Resort Life. I think I'm going to cave and buy another Feline. Why not? Smallest haul for me from a Mac collection-ever.
