Seen as the collection is now nigh, here in ol'blighty [UK] thought id pop back in here. The photos and swatches have been great, thanks to all who have contributed and made my decision harder lol.

I'm on a tight budget but def intersted in getting Flaunting It, however I am torn when it comes to the shadows - I plan to get more later in the coming month, but for now I will buy two but which ones to buy first I dunno! I like Noir Plum, Tweet Me, Odalisque, Mating Call and Paparazz-she any recc's [will be most appreciated-thanks]?

I placed an order on Odalisque on Bloomindale's website. I may have to check out Noir Plum, Peek-At-You and Ego again at my MAC store to see if I still want to get them. This collection is what I cannot get enough of! The formula of the Mega Metals is amazing!!

Noir Plum is lovely and I also think that Mating Call doesn't get nearly the love it should. It's a really beautiful colour.

Shontay, do you find Noir Plum different enough from other purples? I know you use a lot of MUFE and I have a couple of their purples as well most of MAC's. In other words is it a must have?

How are you guys finding Prance?

I know you asked shontay but I thought I would jump in as a person that 1. Owns a bit of MUFE and 2. Loves purple eyeshadow. I have not come across anything like Noir Plum in my cosmetics history. I have most of the MUFE purple shades and quite a bit of MAC as well. The texture is incomparable to anything else I have used to date. If you are on the fence about this color I would have to advice you to jump off and on the side of Team Peacocky.

[/quote] I love the texture of Noir Plum. It very smooth and blends like a dream. I like that it doesn't lean red. It's a true purple. I love the color, itself just as much as I love Satellite Dreams, but the texture makes it standout. I will say that, on my complexion, I had to do a bit more building up to get it to where I wanted it to be as opposed to the other Peacocky shadows, but it wasn't so much work that I was left dusgusted. Trust me, I am impatient with makeup. It's definitely worth the purchase. Prance doesn't work as an all over lid color on my skin. it does something strange on my coloring. I would only use it in the inner corner, brow or maybe half of my lid. I think my complexion just pulls out more pink and other colors that I think clash with me. You have to try it for yourself because I think it's different on everyone.

^I have used Prance with Style Snob so that way it's workable on the lid and it's so pretty. I may have to get Noir Plum when I go to my MAC store on Tuesday.

Thanks guys I now will have to get Noir Plum also. I love purples and the feel of these e/s is amazing.

I will also have to back up Daliance for sure because I wear greens so much and this is awesome with green, but I can see it looking great with so many other colors as well. I wore it again today and can see this will be an everyday kind of color.

Just when I thought I could postpone getting Noir Plum

. I know I love purples so much though!
So I think now the four items are all going to be eyeshadows: Dalliance (cause it's awesome), Odalisque (cause I don't have a good teal), Noir Plum (for the reason stated by Dilligaf and Shontay), and Tweet Me (cause someone said it looks like Rubenesque p/p in shadow form, and I LOVE Rubenesque).

On my pending list would be: Spectacle of Yourself, and the lip colors (Flaunting It / So Vain)

Hope this would be a good choice for me...

Hey all,

I conducted another experiment yesterday:

This time I paired Dangerous Cuvee p/p with Unflappable e/s.

LOVE!!!

It lasted ALL day, no creasing and looked as fresh as when I put it on yesterday morning.

So - it is Delft p/p with Ego and DC p/p with Unflappable.

Now I need to get my hands on Noir Plum and Paparazz-She.
