[/quote] Just adding my 2 cents again: If it's a choice between Groundcover and Aqua, go Aqua all the way! It's so hard(at least for me) to find an Aqua color that actually works. I don't have Bows & Curtseys, but I agree 100% on Aqua. It looks anemic in that swatch- the colour payoff is much richer in real life. I also think that Lucky Green shows yellower and a bit lighter in her swatch than it actually is. The difference isn't as great as with Aqua, but there's a difference.
Other than that, I have to say about the swatches... MEH. I may be the only one who's not excited by them, but I swear I heard my wallet giggle with joy.
Groundcover looks like a slightly lighter version of Copperplate, which I have.
Fresh Daisy looks like White Frost of Crystal Avalanche- a normal white frost
I can't even make out the swatch of Alpha Girl (might be different on my skin, since I'm a lot lighter than her)
Light Sunshine looks like an ever so slightly warmer Play It Proper (I can't imagine the difference would show on my skin)
Mlle looks like a streaky version of Gaga 1
And I'm really not sure what's up with Summer Shower. On my screen it looks white (the swatch, not the tube- in the tube it looks green). I know we've seen swatches here before where the aqua colour was more visible, but I can't see it at all in Karen's swatch. Looks like Acid Washed, but less interesting.
Is it possible I'm going to skip both the collections coming out the first week of May?
[/quote] :lol: I know I am skipping the cooling powders. I don't own Copperplate, but I think I'll still skip GC. It's not inspiring to me. Too bad. You're right, Lucky Green is much more lively than in her pic. My problem is instead of Aqua looking like a pale blue, it comes off looking like a ghastly white and believe me B&C's has much more depth than in her swatch. I don't want to sound unappreciative, though. I do like her blog and it does help to see any kind of swatch and product pictures.
