Well I had nothing to send back as I didn't get it in the first place. My order has been cocked up so much because they can't even find it easily as it is mixed up with another customer. I am sick of it and I don't understand how it has happened. Do you think I should ring them later and ask to speak to the person I spoke to last time to check that the refund is still going through? I don't see why I should keep pestering them but I don't want to wait forever because I know they wont get their act together unless I nag, nag, nag, nag, nag, nag and nag some more. Maybe I could ask to speak to the supervisor?

That's it! I am officially over MAC and their shenanigans!!!!!!!!!! On to other brands.....*sprints over to the NARS thread*
I received a letter this morning from MAC stating that my Hibiscus is sold out and on backorder. It is really the only thing I wanted from this collection, but I won't hold my breath. I don't like this madness of having to stalk their site and run out to stores 45 minutes away from me just to chase down a sold out lipstick. IMO they are losing their status and customers. Time to browse the Inglot site....

Okay well I will give it until tomorrow night because it normally takes about 3 or 4 days for most companies to complete a refund (even though mine should be instant as it is paypal!) and I will ring them tomorrow and ask to speak to the supervisor because it is getting ridiculous. I'm always pleasant on the phone, I don't shout at people and I always say please and thank you and trust people but my trust with MAC is fading very quickly. If I was working at customer services and something like this had happened to one of our customers, I'd go out of my way to make sure it was sorted out, I couldn't have it on my concious knowing things keep going wrong and my company had someone's money wrongly.

They are just a hot mess! The freestanding store says they are releasing the collection tomorrow....the counter says Thursday....I don't know what to believe. I am supposed to go by the fs store today to b2m for a thing or two but idk if I will...might snap on someone LOL

This has put the kabosh on any further purchasing for me, I will just be happy with my 4 items and leave the blush and hibiscus alone. This has become too much effort to be ordering, paying shipping and becoming Inspector Gadget tracking down your stuff.
I will admit though I want a CareBlend or Bronze compact to swap it out with SFF powder, but I shall resist.

omg i know. after i went to checkout it said the blush wasnt available. i really wana order from macys bc ill get free shipping too =( this craze is ridiculous
