I am surprised how well Gilded White holds up if you let it dry completely. I swatched it for a friend on my hand, then forgot about it and took a quick shower. It was still there after the shower - almost at least.

My Paradise sold-out crazy fast here in the uk aswell, so glad I was able to purchase!
i didn't get saffron - not sure why but it just didn't even enter my radar despite all the great reviews!Surf USA and Saffron are my favs, but I hardly touched Swell Baby.

Oh, here's a good look I did yesterday for going out to an artsy film club screening (so basically, semi-casual but still prowwwwling
):
Face: Slight bit of LLB mixed with my normal shade of Careblend powder (light)
Cheeks: Stereo Rose (applied dry) to highlight My Paradise
Eyes: Dirty GPS in upper/lower waterline, slightly smudged. Summer Stash peachy beige on lids and brow - applied with finger then slightly blended with a 217. Plum/Summer Stash in crease and brown/Summer Stash at outer edge of crease and winged up and out - both applied and blended with a 219 (this brush works well with the stacks, I'm finding). Haute 'n Naughty mascara on top lashes only.
Lips: Krazy Kahuna, not blotted.
Nails: Earthly Harmony (that brown shade from last fall)
Was wearing this with black silk harem pants, olive green tank top, mustard yellow 50's jacket and sneakers. (I'm one of those people who likes to coordinate my makeup with my clothes, so that's why I always stick in what I was wearing)

I picked up MP, Saffron, Sun Blonde, Hibiscus, and Blue Noon.
I adore everything I got and have been mixing things with TTB from last year.

So yesterday I got back to the US and had my packages waiting for me (hibiscus, saffron, ever hip)
I liked hibiscus more than expected.
I thought it was gonna ook too much like cockney, nut no
I recently started looking for my paradise and people are selling it on MUA for 50 bucks... I dont think its worth it
I was so late to buy stuff, got lucky enough to get hibiscus :S

It probably depends how much you like the color and how often you would wear it. I really like MP to give me this sun-kissed/burnt summer-ey look and I would not want to miss it. MP is definitely one of the highlights in this collection, but MAC should have produced larger quantities, especially as there was just ONE bush in the entire collection. It probably would have been different if they had released the blushettes. But having a huge collection and just one cheek powder was out of proportion. But who knows, it might show up on the website again just like STO did.

I'm so glad that I got what I want from this collection. Surf USA is just too gorgeous! I used it with Undercurrent Pearlglide and both were so gorgeous! Also, Surf USA is even more gorgeous with Odalisque Mega Metal e/s and Cool Heat e/s!

I stopped by the MAC counter yesterday to say "hi" to my MA, and I noticed that Surf USA is the ONLY e/s to have sold out from this collection. That says a lot, doesn't it?
