I don't see the appeal with Lightscapade. I feel like I'm alone on this but it just looks boring to me.

oh i really like it as a highlight. plus i always think it looks like a planet in the pot! so it is fun to look at

I kinda want there to be like matte blushes, like very deep blushes, LIKE DIRTY PLUM. I want that to be re-promoted so badly so I can get my hands on it. I am also thinking frosty eyeliners

I doubt that the Glitter collection will be very matte
But maybe the CS collection or another Fall collection (especially the cheek sculpture collex) will have matte blushes.

OK, I just got some really exciting news that for me means that I will most likely be skipping this collection: Versace is doing a collection for H&M. Launches November 17. I'll probably be limiting my buys for MAC Me Over, Cindy Sherman, and Posh Paradise now too. *squees like a giddy fangirl*

You`re not alone. I don`t get the hype about it either, unless you`re very light and other highlighters don`t work for you. But I`m satisfied with By candlelight. Dior Amber diamond, Nars albatross, lighter part of blonde and redhead msf, etc so yeah not going to fight for it I`m good with highighters

Yes...I think that Lightscapade is a super pretty highlighter for fair and cool toned ladys!
I am very fair and very cool toned and for me it is perfect....I really need a back up and I am so happy to see it back.
On my skin it really shows up...you can see a very pretty white-pastel shimmer.I do not only use it as a highlighter but also as blush
together with bold eyes.
I can imagine that it does not work for darker complexions.....it might look ashy

which is why im trying it out at the store before jumping the gun with the hype =) anyways ive quite a few highlighters and msfs so there isnt much lost for me if i dont get it. i really want porcelain pink though!

I think this collection will be really fun and I love that MAC chose Johnny for it! But I wonder how much of it I'll be able to wear, really?
I hope its wearable glitter!

If this is along the lines of the after Christmas collections like Love Lace and Champale, I shall be skipping. I hauled from both those collections and they're not amongst my favourites.
