Agreed. I don't think MAC looses any business. Eventually, they make even more money as people now start buying perm items or from the "soon gone" section before GG or SS is released.

i worked to day and was told they haven't realized any info on when the collection would be out we haven't received anything from the collection

I don't believe there is a release date.

I saw my regular MAC MUA who now works as a manager at a counter in the same mall, and she said there is no release date. They have a little info as anyone else -- the counter got a voicemail last week from MAC that said the release would be delayed and there was no updated release info.

Plus, it doesn't seem that MAC has sent out any samples to review, so I don't think we can expect these glosses any time soon. They usually send out those samples a couple weeks at least before the products are released.
