Generally, cold air will cause liquids (creams) to dry out less quickly than if you have them at warm temperatures (evaporation will slow down if you put the products in colder air).
On the other hand, if your fridge is circulating air, this will encourage evaporation compared to the product just sitting in your drawer.
Think of using a blow dryer on your hair on the warm setting versus the cold setting...it's kind of like that.
Overall, the lower temperature will discourage evaporation more than any circulation of air will encourage it. That said, the cold temperature will also stiffen up the product, so you'll want to wait for it to warm back up before using it.
